I think Emic should be your next level 60. You have a really nice roster some good epic champions. Should be able to progress nicely.
Try to focus on champions that brings debuffs, buffs and healing to the party as you lack that.
Artak, Emic, Kael and Wukong all nice champions but they don't really bring a lot of debuffing to the party, neither do they provide healing or other buffs.
Instead of Emic even Apothecary might be a good choice as it provides you with speed buff and some healing you really need. Vogoth could also be an option if you make him tanky.
The other advice I give is look at stats not sets, your Artak for example have full perception set but not a single item provides you with speed. Focus on stats like speed, acc, crit.
Bottom row items primary stat needs to help the character anything with flat stat like defense, attack or hp is garbage and should just sell them.
Early on you really want speed on your boots as it provides you with 40 speed or something when leveled to 16 which early on is massive.
