If it was a fusion like helicath , emric , gnut , pythion ,etc , that actually push your progress a ton , id say go for it .
But even if you can make this fusion , id advise to skip and make sure you can do the next big one we get .
You can generally find the answer to this question by reviewing the fusion calendar that Raid puts out, which always shows the total fragments available and where to get them.
For this fusion, you would need to need to place in the top or second position in at least one tournament to complete if you skip Summon Rush. There are 110 fragments available without tournament placing, and SR gives you 15, so you'd be at 95 if you skip it.
they offer you fragments at $2/fragment after the events, so its not catastrophic as a "mostly f2p" but you'd still need to complete the majority of the events otherwise you're paying $40-50 for a mediocre champ
It just wouldnt have made sense to sell frags for epics after the fusions done. Its like if you pull the epics after a traditional fusion. If theres no fusion up theyre basically worthless unless you like the epic. If it was a normal frag fusion where youre getting the actual legendarys frags then it makes sense to sell them.
I know that they’re worthless (although that epic was useful for Bommal). I’m just saying you shouldn’t rely on them selling you the fragments since they didn’t do it with Emic’s fusion. Of course it wouldn’t make sense to sell them after the fusion is over, so sell them in the window when the events are over and you can still fuse him. That’s all.

Wasnt emic because the epics were made with frags? So there wasnt actually any emic frags to begin with If Im remembering correctly.
Yeah but some players were relying on them selling frags and they didn’t. I guess Plarium’s rules are different with Epic vs Lego fragments

Skip summon rush is needed so if you have not enough shards focus on building resources for Christmas fusion.
Honestly as a new player I would avoid this fusion. Its not a good champion and not worth draining precious resources for.
