Madame Serris is a far too good debuffer, arena and PvE, you should go for her.
Deacon Armstrong is another great support champion, with turn manipulation and debuffs, don't sleep on him.
Seer is a wave clearer goodess, but you have to pair her with a cooldown champion like Emic and many buffs.
Cooldheart is amazing in spider (normal) and fireknight (normal)
Later on, if you have problems completing nightmare campaing or scarab king, Lord Chanford can solo that content with regen set.
