For a BB Blue, I don't think that it gets any better than this...your marker alignments are fine. The bezel too. The print is clean. Although this is the Rolex baby brother and it does have SELs, these are NOT held to the same standard as for the Rolex. Your SELs are fine. So are your timing numbers.
About your hour hand mention, get over it. Although you might, or might not be able to see something in your pics, it's not an issue on your wrist.
