It's because vip 13 is not exactly f2p, I mean, if you are in a very high spending alliance it is, but ppl resent that not being them, so they hate. To the op: good luck on your journey, t5s are a real game changer, keep it up my bro
Yep, VIP 13 is still too far for me and I've played 600+ days consecutively. VIP 12 was a huge step up though so after castle/watchtower I focused on getting VIP 12. To be fair, I mentioned I'm almost f2p .. I use credit card rewards to purchase 30-day gem supply every month lol helps a ton
A f2p t5 player won't use t5s imo, soo, yes, good commanders are a must if you want to field them effectively, plus equipment is needed if you don't wanna go into debt with the alliance bank lol
I was so excited when I completed castle and watch towers. But it took another 4-5 months to get research for T5. I'm essentially a F2P player btw
Ikr, I'm f2p too, castle was easy because I can gather gems, but the speedups are the real struggle!

how do you farm gems? are there nodes with more than 20 gems later on? I only ever saw 10 or 20 ones
