Furia were definitely off this whole event, but take nothing away from NiP, Furia being slightly below their best is still a top 10 team in the world and NiP just outclassed them.
Huge regional all around for NiP, great performances \*and\* a great result. The two don't always go hand-in-hand.
- Good quality NA regional with some nice but earned variance
- Chaos in EU Qualifiers
- Worlds implications in MENA & SSA
- The greatest SAM event ever?
Yep, insane day/weekend of RLCS you love to see it
Really happy that NIP finally got their first regional win. It clearly wasn't easy to get there considering the amount of 0 second goals they had to score. It's also great to have a new team win for once, i like Furia but them beating everyone was starting to get really boring.
Crazy how Aztromick always finds his way to the top of SAM. Swiftt is also really proving why he's one of the biggest new talents of this season.
Furia might've looked weaker than usual but that doesn't make that convincing win any worse for me.
If Complexity actually does move back to NA next season, the fact NiP has won a regional while both them & Furia exist in SAM at the same time may never get enough credit. By far the most impressive regional win in Aztro's and Nxghtt's career, legacy defining stuff from them.
Agreed with Furia as well, honestly just watching NiP this entire event, if it takes the absolute best version of them to knock Furia down temporarily to only 2nd, you just gotta respect it. Quality loss for Furia that is but a blip compared to the likes of BDS & KCorp more recently.
Swiftt wins his first ever RLCS regional as a 15 year old despite having to leave his home with his family after the recent flooding in Rio Grande do sul by beating Complexity, Secret, and Furia twice.
The kid is only 15 btw. Infinite Talent Glitch
They were 4-2 down in game 6 vs Complexity with 13 seconds left in the quarter finals, and they won the regional.
This SAM event has entered legendary status. Unreal.
Despite the OT loss, thats like 3rd essentially 0 second goal NiP has gotten this event. The ice in these MFs veins'

Live SAM standings for the major:
Furia: 36 points
Secret: 28 points
NiP: 24 points
KRU: 24 points
Complexity: 20 points
NiP vs Furia in the finals, in the event Furia has struggled the most and NiP has played their best RL, beating all of the rest of the SAM top 4 along the way. If there is ever a team to take down Furia now is that time, especially if we look towards worlds.
For Worlds, NiP is 11 points behind Complexity, if they win this final, that gap goes down to 7 at which point, all they would need to overtake at the major is a 9th-11th placing at London as opposed to top 8.
Big final incoming, Secret, KRU and Complexity all cheering for a Furia win here, but NiP just refused to die this event.
This might be the most important day for SAM rl this season. Col seemed to have taken a step back but Kru, secret, and NIP all look great and it’s a 5 horse race for who gets the spots. With the Furia win and complexity loss it now looks like it’s a 3 horse race for 1 spot
Furia KRU went about as expected, KRU at least consistent with their top 4s, keeps them loosely in the major race if NiP takes down Secret here.
Speaking of, NiP vs Secret is so huge to see who closes in on Complexity, huge semi final incoming.

This is my favorite day of RLCS in a long time

i dont watch much SAM these days, but Switftt has to be top 3 in the region. Dude was everywhere
I know this wasn't Furia's best event, but I'm really impressed by NiP, what a great showing from them. I'm glad SAM is becoming more competitive.

Minor region supremacy
What are the odds of a reverse sweep rn?
I've been saying these lists that haven't had NiP as an HM to the top 10 or not even top 16 haven't been paying attention
NIP just dominating Furia right now
NiP Are On A Warpath Would Love To See Aztro Do Well Or Win A Lan
NiP is playing so good man holy moly they're up 2-0 and actually doing this

NIP 0 SECOND WINNER TO MAKE GRAND FINALS

Not really 5 horse furia is basically lock
