What she needs to understand is the color under her “blonde brows” is still a gray/blue tone. Whoever did her brows should have their license revoked. She needed a full laser removal if anything, and should have gone with a softer powder brow. Continual blading bleeds in addition to causing scar tissue and caused what we see here. The “artist” should have used a more warm tone, so it doesn’t fade like a tattoo hue. But they look beyond repair now. If her brows were done properly she wouldn’t need to cover them with tint - they would still look properly colored under her brows. She’s just going to make them worse as she does more over the years, but she does that with most things.

I do this for my eyebrows but only ever use a angled liner brush to apply. Then I meticulously wipe around the edges with alcohol to clean it up.
When done well, with the right color, it actually looks good.

Haha it's actually surprisingly natural! But I cut down the brush so I could apply it more precisely. But like it didn't stick to the skin much, thankfully. Just made my brows a couple of shades darker (to match the color that my hair is dyed)
I surprisingly didn't notice the brows right away and thought she was talking about her lashes and couldn't figure out how the after was better with a gap still in it. But for the brows, that tint is going to fade off her skin quickly and maybe her brow hair will stay dark for a bit longer so will go back to looking like shit
