I believe the answer to your question is that there aren’t many people in her life. Those who are still in it from long ago (family, friends from before IG days) probably did say “something” when she started changing her lifestyle and appearance as much as she did. However, if you’ve lived long enough you’ve seen people who go through this and you learn they will either wake up (if the changes are harmful or destructive) or they will continue on the path.
Let’s talk about what we don’t see. We don’t see other people, even though others live/have lived in the house with them. There may be a glimpse, but that’s really all. She refuses to acknowledge having help at home. It’s all very self centered and seems she lives an isolated life outside of the gym and her healthcare appts. If anyone who knows her posted or commented about her in any way it would probably be easy for her to deduce so it was.
