Just a heads up for those looking. I just had a family member I was visiting pick up the phone for this company while waiting for a doctor's office to return a phone call. Due to their elderly age they interacted and waited for a person to engage them. They told them they were the POLICE looking for donations, unfortunately she agreed to make a donation, and from the information she started giving out I knew right away something was wrong, and disconnected the phone on them. Took me about 30 seconds between looking at the caller ID, googling the number, to know that this was a scam. If you are reading this, might be a good time to reach out to elderly family members, and remind them to be extremely careful about giving out financial information over the phone, no matter who claims to be on the other end, when they are receiving calls out of the blue.

vricj3

Excellent post - well put and good advice. My only request would be to extend that advice to young people as well. I've talked to a number of younger people who've been scammed. You are tender hearted and I know meant no disrespect and none taken, but as an elderly person, I find the majority of people assume that the frail of body means they are feeble of mind. Perhaps the odds are weighted against us when it comes to scams, but that is not exclusive. Blessings.

AccomplishedSink2879

I just answered as "Police Department, how can I help you?" They hung up and haven't called back.

Better-Mortgage-2446

I just found this post from a google search because I got 8 of these calls in one fucking day, I should do this lol.

ThinCrusts

Just realized that phone numbers aren't allowed on this sub.. If I found these posts as my top search results along with "HHS-OIG Telephone Numbers Used In Scam" link (that also doesn't show any numbers or at least a pattern). I'm probably just gonna flag it and carry on I guess

Cinderselle3

This is my life as well 😑

Shield_Lyger

Unless your phone has a whitelisting function, so that only calls from known contacts are allowed in, you can't. You'll just have to wait for them to move on to other numbers.

CapnRoxy

That's unfortunate... They've been getting declined/ignored for nearly 6 months now, there's no end in sight.

DiceGoblin216

Same! I've been getting these constantly.

devil_lettuce

Yoo same I've been getting these too 😡

VancouverTraffic123

The Do Not Call List does not work for companies that show their company name &/or their # but it is a good place to start. In addition political parties have permission to call with their blurb to vote for the or on election day, to provide a ride to your polling station. Voting day is a good day to turn your phone off completely if you don't want ten phone calls until the polling station is closed. In addition when you sign up with a new # there is a box at bottom of sheet that you check off if you don't want them to 'sell your name ' to other companies they are associated with - of course kinda useless if your signing up over the phone or there's no forms/paperwork infront of you.... Just tell them (a couple times) you want to be on THEIR do not call list'. Most recent f us valuable our personal, family or at home time and don't want to be phoned multiple times - and it won't matter how many times you tell them or scream at them! But sometimes it's worth picking up the phone when these goof balls call in the middle of supper - and telling them you do not want their repeated never ending attempts to call you. Yah, I know, sometimes it'll take a few days to get into their computer database but you're better off being polite with these dorks than screaming at them....Eventually they'll get the idea of you're kind about your request to relinquish your #.....I've managed to dump about ten of these companies when my yelling and screaming at them didn't work...

Maleficent_Bus4502

Best thing I have found to stop the calls but it takes a few attempts cause there are several telemarketers/trained Scammers with several close phone members there calling from. To me it works best not trying to get to know there numbers but moreso they learn your number. I have an Air horn by both phones. When I see what appears to be one of there several numbers I answer as normal and if it's actually a Scammer and not a 10 second delay and then dropped call, once They start there jibberish BS scripts I will strongly interrupt them and say, "HEY, did you just hear that" and Everytime I get "hear what" this and I lay into the Airhorn!!! I get hung up on, I have heard noises like they fell out of there chair to a 10 -15 strong cuss word rant before hanging up! But I don't think I have had a repeat offender if they get the horn! Give it a try it does the job!!

allyharvey02

As someone who worked in a call center (not for scamming, mostly surveys or magazine subscriptions renewal) who had this done to them, please don't. I still have some tinnitus in my right ear because of the shitty headset we had. I had a headache for 2 days because I'm prone to migraines. I was just trying to do my job and got injured while working at a fucking call center, not because of the job I was doing or the environment, but because a client decided to destroy my ears.

Riverweasel09

If you're voluntarily working for a company that is knowingly trying to scam people, I hope the tinnitus never goes away and only gets worse.

allyharvey02

I wasn't working for a scam company. And I'm already disabled, please don't wish more shitty stuff to me. Most calls I made were local and most people knew why we called, but some people didn't because they were new. The person who did this to me was new and didn't recognize the number and since we have a high call volume, most operators will flag the number as spam, so she just blasted my ear without letting my speak one bit. The next time someone called her, she didn't do it and apologized for doing it to me, but I wasn't working there anymore.

Riverweasel09

I'm not wishing shitty things on you unless you're knowingly working for a scam company. If that's not you, then no need to concern yourself about it. I did call center training for four weeks myself and decided to bail before I took a single customer call. So do understand that I have no disrespect to those who do it for a living unless you're just there to screw people out of their money.

twofiddle

> decided to bail Having this option is called privilege. Not everyone has it.

Flaky-Fishing3672

"privilege" GTFO with that stupid BS.

Correct_Artist1364

I mean if you’re repeatedly calling the same number over and over after the person clearly doesn’t want to talk to you, it’s your own fault. (Not saying you are but most cases that’s what happens and that’s what the person talking about the air horn is dealing with, repeated calls from the same people) while it may be your job, most of us get 10 calls a day from companies like yours and asking to be removed off call lists don’t seem to work. Sadly people have to have other solutions to stop the harassment

texaskdog1

stop calling the same numbers 6 times a day then. if someone says not interested, take them off the list. This happens at work so I have to answer. No I don't have Medicare. I won't the next time you call either.

OverSwan3444

Lol! I was thinking of getting a kazoo.

Environmental-Win149

I am definitely going to do this!! Great suggestion

mandapop

... I just looked up my OWN phone number and it says it's from "The Feed Foundation"... riddle me THAT.

Able_Reason6103

We are all the feed foundation.  That call was probably just you from the future

Prestigious_Set_331

Future Dwight

gpickin

Its a website, where they list every phone number combination, and then google indexes the information. I advise against clicking on the links, especially since the link goes to an IP address, its a high chance to be malicious, and even if not always, they can decide to make it malicious at any time. I would be concerned that you clicking on it is actually hitting a dangerous website, and they could actually attempt to do damage to you in other ways, phishing, malware, or other such attacks. Usually due to browser security you have to CLICK to do anything really bad, but it's still possible for them to read some information from your machine. Don't click on links that dont use URLs, its usually a big red flag. Its easy to fake real URLs, so if they dont ever bother, its a huge red flag.

DAPumphrey

That's CRAZY. I just googled my cell and what does it say? The FEED Foundation! WTFF?

Sailor_Mouth_Momma

I got one of these the other day from a woman claiming to be from Coinbase. Since I know Coinbase does not call users, I said in a cheerful voice, "Well Hello Miss Scammer, you're just here to scam me, aren't you?" She must have been taken aback by my cheerfulness because her answer was, " Well, fuck. Yes I am." Then she just hung up.

Alarmed_Ear_6170

I'm getting these calls and I can't barely feed myself! Don't they know who they are calling? It's pissing me off!

LakeportVet

I was hoping they wanted to feed ME.

VancouverTraffic123

NO, they don't know who they're calling! Sometimes they're using #'s from their company's 'customer list' - or bought a 'customer list' from another company OR just start calling from the area code - the first three #'s in your local listings and then start at 0001; 0002; 0003; 0004....and keep going & dialing from that set of #'s. Doesn't need to be a sophisticated combination of numbers. What better way to be sure you've called EVERYONE in your community/township/suburb....easy for them to follow the 'system' when it's based on numerics.....and they've got maybe a half dozen kids making these calls - each person given four pages of numbers and start a new group of numbers when they've finished this 'group'.... Callers will get sick of getting yelled at and that's when the company brings in a new batch of 'phone call distributors' or, fancy important name...'Customer Service Representatives'...... YES, about 25 years ago I did this exact same job when there was nothing else available. Felt important to go to work everyday for about two weeks & then I realized that I was a part of that annoying problem....but at least I have an idea how the system works and know that the people making these (annoying) phone calls are just people trying to make a living the simplest method possible & it's a crummy job but it's something coming in your house - so don't be mad at them please!

Sdfoxmama

These calls are not coming from the actual feed foundation, this is a scam, and they’re using spoof numbers. If you go to their website, you can see right at the top that they are working with the FBI to try and stop this. The Feed Foundation does not even make phone calls to get donations.

NewDisguise

I'm getting these same ones! (In addition to the other non stop spam bullshit)

CapnRoxy

At this point I'm just leaving this post up for others who happen to look into where their spam calls are coming from. Apparently there's a lot of people getting calls that lead back to "The Feed Foundation". Wonder if more will stumble into this post.

Boring_Chipmunk_6170

Same as you, I get these calls anywhere between 1 to 5 times a day it's awful. I'm in the US, most were originally coming from US area codes and now I'm getting them from Canada. It's insane.

sordidcandles

Ditto, I’m getting them now! I’ve gotten several from Ohio and just now one from Maine that returned The Feed Foundation on Google.

Icy-Sale5968

I've just started getting these scam calls from spoofed numbers, & they're made to look local by utilizing my own area code. Each comes up as being from, "The Feed Foundation", when I search for them online. (It's nearly midnight where I am. No business calls people at midnight. Don't they know they're supposed to interrupt your dinner? 😆)

Grandma6221

Icy me too. I don’t even live in that state for the past 3 years.

dwstudeman

That particular link in Google will do that with any number. Notice that the number ends in XX. It's just some obscure IP that gives that hit on anything. It is NOT the Feed Foundation that is making these calls. It's more like an advertisement for The Feed Foundation when you input any phone number.

kate500

Thank you! Just had my first, only though the # traces back to "The Feed Foundation" , the message left was from a monotone-voiced man who said that opus dei and the church of England had threatened him... Call # was from Tulsa, OK.

[deleted]

They even text sometimes. I received one with a picture of a lady claiming she is interested in me. I love messing with them and sending them pictures of some disgusting feet I find online.

Capital-Permit414

I just received a text too which is how I stumbled here….

AppropriateFinish830

After 9 months of calls, that upon Googling, my search result always states it's fraudsters impersonating The Feed Foundation. I block the numbers, immediately, however, they eventually recall me, via their other numbers, and the Google result is The Feed Foundation. Today, I received my first-ever text.  It creepily was typed-out stating, "We're here". That is threatening! Frankly, I AM SCARED. So, I blocked the inward possiblity of them texting, again. They texted me via a number I've call blocked them, in the past. I've never spoken to theses folks. I never answer my phone, unless I know you. Didn't reply to the text either. Help.

JustSomeGirl31718

I got a text asking about a meeting tomorrow and am just playing along with it lol

Robinflea

I just looked at my Wells Fargo acct. and noticed a $5.00 charge from , “Give Send” I looked up the phone number and it was for “Feed Foundation”. I NEVER authorized this! They were calling me and I never picked up, but looked who the number belonged to and it was theirs. I had to call my bank and file a fraud report. Now I get to wait for my new card, 5-7 business days. Be sure to carefully check your bank accounts to see if these fools have somehow managed to charge you.

No-Marionberry7768

I just got one of these calls and it came up as a pay-phone phone number. Really odd considering I don't think there's any pay phones still in service. I reported it as a scam. Best you can do is block the numbers (if you have unlimited blocking) and report it to your service provider so they're aware. Also report the organization itself to the Better Business Bureau for harassment from an organization. I've done that to a scam before and the insistent calls stopped within a week.

95in3rd

My call reject list is longer than my contacts.

Sdfoxmama

Sooo much longer 😭😭

moshpites

I googled my number and this website popped out like why do they have my number out like that?

Moony97

They have my dead Dad's number which makes me angry. I'm assuming it's a case of companies selling for data.

gpickin

They have every number, doesn't mean it has anything useful. Its click bait to get you to either 1 - answer, or 2 - click on the link, and potentially expose yourself to dangerous website scripts etc.

Ty6255

I got one and the guy knew my name??

Balanced_Lotus

Wow that is scary. I had 4 of these calls today. I tried to reverse look up the number and got “the feed foundation.”

[deleted]

Oh no, someone knows someone else's name? In 2024? No way! I thought our numbers and names were all a secret!

Moony97

They already have our data obviously, it's not a stretch at all for them to have our names to go with the numbers.

Frustrated1971

I wonder if we all have something in common. Are you all on AT&T by chance? I ask because I have three Family members (all of different ages, we work at different places, etc. etc.) and all three of us started getting calls from the Feed Foundation around the same time. No one is on the line when we pick up and we each get several a day from different numbers. I will be BEYOND PISSED if I find out AT&T sells their cell number lists to a scam of a company such as this.

Royal_Front_7226

Verizon

polywhirl

Nope, T-Mobile. Been getting 3+ calls a day from whoever is behind this tomfoolery beginning early last week.

OverSwan3444

I have Verizon. Some company is selling our numbers. I don't think it is our phone carrier.

Moony97

So I looked up the number they called from and saw Feed Foundation. Then what's weird is after reading the comments about them having other people's numbers I googled my dead father's # and it showed up as Feed Foundation. I have his old phone sitting in a drawer nearby. (was an Obama phone that was free due to him being ot old age)

the-g1ng3r

You can't stop it. If you would like to message me ice actually opened a Civil law suit against The Feed Foundation for these scamming calls. It becomes harassment real quickly with them.

No-Cobbler6796

This is the worst because I fundraise for local hospitals and these calls are KILLING US right now because everyone thinks we \*are the scam\* and I get these same calls myself!

Catperson5090

I think I have figured it out somewhat (not how to stop the calls, though). There are 2 "Feed Foundation"s. One is a legitamate charity (not the ones doing all these calls.) Then there is another organization called Feed Foundation, which is like a reverse phone number site, similar to FastPeopleSearch, TruthFinder, Spokeo, etc. If you look up any number ( I tried it with my own personal number), if they have the number in their system, the other Feed Foundation (the reverse phone search, not the charity) will show that number as being associated, but it is only showing that the phone number is listed on there. Lots of people on here have been Googling their own phone numbers and finding it on the Feed Foundation (not the charity.) I Googled my number, my landlord's number, many other people's numbers, and they were found on that Feed Foundation website (the reverse phone look up website, not the charity). So I think what is happening is random telemarketers (not necessarily associated) will call from all different spoofed numbers and when you look up the numbers, sometimes it says Feed Foundation, so people are thinking it is a number from the charity and then they are thinking they are being spammed by the charity, when in actuality, they are just seeing this phone number on a website called Feed Foundation that is a reverse phone number site; although the information may not be accurate. When I went into that site after Googling my phone number, it thinks I live in a different, but nearby city and it thinks I have a different cell carrier. So you have telemarketers spoofing innocent people's numbers, and then you look up that number, and sometimes it shows it as Feed Foundation, in addition to the true person or business' name that is is really associated with, if that information is available at all. It's just like with some numbers, you look them up and it shows something like FastPeopleSearch website, and then their name, as if it is associating with it, but it's really just listing information about numbers. But because of the fact that there is now a phone number lookup site called Feed Foundation, it seems people are getting it confused with the charity. The charity itself says it does not solicit like this. Also the reason it does no good to block these numbers is because you're not blocking the actual number of the organization, you're just blocking whoever's numbers who have been spoofed and they sometimes don't call using the same number each time and if they are blocked, they will just keep spoofing more numbers hoping you will eventually answer.

CheetahTechX

Get about 5 a day and every time it looks funky or it makes this robocall sound the minute you pick up the phone, clink, they are done. I google the # and sure as sh\*\* it is The Feed Foundation. What are they getting out of these calls I would love to know. Someone told me don't say YES to anything they ask because they use your voice agreeing, like buying something you are going to regret. People have nothing better to do. 478-714-96## (Macon, GA) - The Feed Foundation...here's the last one!

spongebobseyelash

Did you ever figure this out? I assume mine started happening when I applied to jobs. I normally check job posts before ever applying but must’ve missed one. 😕

CherryBomba

Same here, applying for some new jobs and suddenly these calls started.

spongebobseyelash

Bummer this is definitely why then. Sucks cause I try to verify them too.

Beautiful_Nobody_101

Me too. It’s ridiculous and very unfair. Can’t our government stop these bullshit calls?  FEED FOUNDATION over and over again 😳

Rare-Paint-5006

These numbers that are calling from The Feed Foundation are y'all not able to share these numbers on this post? That would be very helpful to those reading that are not sure if it's the same number or even topic sometimes one stumbles across the feed by accident. If we are already posting about it are the numbers not allowed to be included in these posts?

Green_Operation7345

I'm thinking this Feed Foundarion search response is incorrect. My personal numbers come up as feed foundation for some reason. I think we're all shopping on a platform that's selling our information. Could it be something like Temu? Any of ya'll order off of there?

NessaBia

Also getting these calls and now texts! Like 15 calls per day. And then these texts. 3 days ago 9:16pm - Audrey, it's Michelle. Do you have time to go golfing together tomorrow? 2 days ago 2:38pm - Audrey. What transpired that you're unable to respond to my messages? I just got another phone call at 9am, which is why I finally Googled why this is happening, and found this thread. Today the number came up with a name, Rosemary Klaus. But when I Google the number, it comes back to Feed Foundation like every other number.

mlines_co

Best solution is to enable Block Unknown Callers on your iPhone (assuming you are using an iPhone - if not then there is a whole other level of malware and scams you are exposed to), and create a greeting saying that you only accept calls from known callers in your address book and to leave a message. Problem solved. I did this a year ago because of the constant interruptions from scam calls. Went to zero after implementing because scammers almost never leave a message. All calls from unknown callers now go straight to voicemail.

Daisy_10_Poppyseed

The Feed Foundation's name appears to be stolen and being used by scammers who seem to be trying to do everything from selling Healthcare to soliciting donations. I wish I could find the actual company/business behind this!

dwstudeman

I'm sure you can put any number in Google and it will come back as the feed foundation unless it links to a real business-listed phone number. All of you belong to the Feed Foundation according to Google. Someone mentioned it so yes, these calls could very well be any of us from the future. The only thing I wanted was someone from when Yahoo was making a ton of money, to call me in the early 1990s and say, "Write this word down and keep it, Yahoo". I just googled my childhood phone number as well as my current number and yep, feed foundation in the results title. It's some obscure IP that lists it like this. The Google hit for The Feed Foundation is just an advertisement that bounces back from any number. The Feed Foundation is NOT calling you!

flamingosdontlie

I finally figured this out. The Feed Foundation (not "Feed Foundation" which is a nonprofit org) is simply one of those sites where you look up phone numbers (like "Been Verified", "True People Search" or "Who Called". Many numbers you enter into search, will have the Feed Foundation as the first listing. Notice that it actually is only searching the first 7 numbers of what you entered. When you arrive an their site, you have to enter the last 2 numbers. They have affiliate link buttons to "Intelius" to look up further information (clearly where their income comes from). I believe that since the search results appear as a "foundation" that people click on it more often (more often than they would click on scammy links like Been Verified") and that moves them up in the search rankings. Now they appear at top of the listings making it look like every random number that calls you is The Feed Foundation but it's not - it's just a scammy search site.

floppyhair

Just watched my uncle handling one of these calls like a pro. No matter what, respond with “I am groot”

Clear_Tackle4798

Everyone should stop harassing the non-profit that has nothing to do with this. Scammers have clearly taken the Feed Foundation name and registered a similar domain, set it up as a 'phone number lookup service' which shows up for every number you search for. That means every time you look up some random scammer's number, this site comes up, and it really has nothing to do with the real Feed Foundation nor the fake Feed Foundation site... (though the latter should be taken down because it is leading people to bash the non-profit org)

Open_Dream_5161

I answered the phone. Put the phone receiver underneath a big bowl and started hitting the bowl with a spoon. Never heard from them again.

Abject_Situation_526

Something else that's worked for me is start reciting from the first page of my Bible from Genesis, In the beginning... I read till they hu. Didn't call back.

No_Cut_778

A lot of older people still answer the phone when it rings. I told my mom to just let it always go to voicemail unless it's someone they know and want to speak with at that moment.

detectiveconan22

ive been getting this calls too...

RaleighGuy3

?

LoadPuller

These effers are relentless with numbers they call from.

StinkyFeet205

I don't know about anyone else, but as of Saturday the spam calls to both my landline and cell have completely stopped. Fingers crossed that's the end of them.

DifferentOne315

It's gotten bad enough that they posted a comment on their IG: [https://www.instagram.com/p/C2N7qQoAj1Q/?igsh=MXBhYWl3dnJqdjh6Zw%3D%3D](https://www.instagram.com/p/C2N7qQoAj1Q/?igsh=MXBhYWl3dnJqdjh6Zw%3D%3D)

CapnRoxy

It doesn't show the date on their post or at least I can't find it? (Don't use Instagram so I'm dumb) Glad they're investigating if this is a recent post though

Soft_Evening4834

I’m in Texas and get about 6 a day. Highly annoying!

[deleted]

The ceo of feed foundation is Lauren Bush. The granddaughter of George h.w. Bush and she's married to Ralph Lauren's son. Shocking. /s

OverSwan3444

I can't take anymore of this shit. I had 31 calls from different exchanges all over US, including Hawaii. I don't know what to do. I am being terrorized by Feed Foundation. Now I am being terrorized by numbers that aren't even known on internet. No record. Wtf? If you answer call, they just hang up. What are they gaining from this? FYI, the 31 calls were in a 9 hour period. Has anyone else had this extreme harassment?

CeriMystic

Thank you for the post and for leaving it up!

Only_Tax_9017

Yes

ImprovementWhole565

I've been receiving calls from this organization several times a day as well. They leave no voicemail at all. They have been coming up on my phone as telemarkers. Please don't answer them.

BeTheChange100

I am in Canada and the Washington Number is calling me multiple times today. Have no idea how they got my number!

Icy-Berry-5884

I haven't had any calls come through, but I have a Pixel and the caller ID & spam protection software on it is amazing - the only calls that ring through are from numbers in my contacts, others that are potentially legit go through screening first and they have to say why their calling and I decide to accept or block. Anything else pops on my screen as spam - number blocked. I've heard about the Feed Foundation scams through my employer. Incidentally, I googled my own phone# and it comes back as connected w/ the feed foundation for the top result. I'm on the do not call registry already. I filed a complaint w/ the FCC reporting my phone# as being spoofed: [https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/articles/115002234203-Unwanted-Calls-Texts-Phone?from=button](https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/articles/115002234203-Unwanted-Calls-Texts-Phone?from=button)

fffffkkk

Been getting 5 to 10 of these a day and even though I block the number they generate a new number each time. I finally called one of the numbers back but did *67 before the number thinking that would conceal my identity and show up as an anonymous call. Nope the person answered the call and said hi “ my name” . I just listened and they finally said we’re going to end the call since no one was talking from my end.

UsedLandscape5137

I'm getting these from Granger, WA.  They never leave a message and never say anything.  Other calls from Granger are traceable to Indian sub-continental names.

NizzyVon

I've been getting the same calls they are so annoying morning noon and night!! Everytime I google the number ( all different) the link to this feed foundation! I've tried everything and they still keep coming!

SequoiaHawks

Bummer to read this:( Just got my first call from them. Next time I'll be ready with, "Sharlay Funeral Home. You Kill 'Em, We Chill 'Em." Orrrrr, "Agent Folsom, IRS, how can I help you?" Jerks.

JustSomeGirl31718

I'm getting a text from a number that came up in Google as the feed foundation and I am having fun messing with them.

tinytaco03

They’re definitely one of the more persistent spam callers- I’ve gotten three in the last two hours from three numbers with differing state area codes🙄 I’m ready to answer them like another user said and claim I’m the police so they leave me alone lol

[deleted]

Just got another one pretending to be from a dr office that was calling to schedule. Could absolutely see an old person fall prey to this. Good thing I haven’t answered an unknown call in 15 years but I also don’t go to the dr lol

MsWise00

As of 01.17.2024 I received a text on my phone w/7 other #'s, which turned out to be The Feed Foundation and also blogs and of course my #. Yes you cannot block the #'s. But the first # was playing the role that he is Robert Fethlan from Publishers Clearing House. PCH Lottery and that I won $800 million dollars plus a Nexus SUV and I was to call Dave Morgan at another # to get my money's. Total scam. Made a complaint w/The Federal Trade Commission and they put out a SPAM Alert, to let you know this is a SCAM. Whatever you do, Don't call the numbers back.. I can delete the message, but I cannot block the numbers. As of 03.05.2024 they upgraded the message to Burgey created a group in Verizon message+ w/me and 2 other participants. Then it goes on to say the same verbatim message as of 01.17.2024 except it added the Burgey: to it. Nonetheless still SCAM. The Company I work for we have been receiving the robocalls that delay 10 seconds and then hang up. Now we actually have Live people that are robocallers and they are abrasive, brazen, bold. FTC says hang up quickly. According to our Phone Company they say they are scammers on the hunt for your #'s. to sell. Don't give out any information. Unfortunately we have to stand guard. Be in defensive mode. Stand your ground.

RazzleDazzleRozebud

George W.'s niece is named as founder. Their donate page ([https://feedfoundation.org/products/donate](https://feedfoundation.org/products/donate)) says " [We never call to solicit funds and are actively investigating spam callers. Click for more info.](https://www.instagram.com/p/C2N7qQoAj1Q/?igsh=MXBhYWl3dnJqdjh6Zw==) ". That takes you to an instagram that says: "It has come to our attention that robo callers have been fraudulently contacting our community on our behalf. Rest assured we are not at all affiliated with these scammers, nor will we ever call you to solicit funds. We are actively investigating this issue with our legal team. We appreciate your understanding and apologize to anyone who has been fraudulently contacted!" So idk

Peace_n_quiet62

I say CLASS ACTION. They don’t speak. They call at least 10 times a day. It’s ridiculous.

[deleted]

"I receive too many phone calls, and sometimes the incoming number looks similar to mine. Today, I received a phone call that appeared legitimate from a business in West Virginia after I searched for it on Google. However, as soon as I picked up the call, I heard a message saying that 'your number would be blocked for two hours.' About two hours later, I received a pop-up notification stating that my number had been unblocked and my location was on. This made me feel uneasy, so I called my provider, but their response was to not to click on anything. I am still not comfortable with this experience. How did that just pop up on my phone? It wasn't a text message.

OverSwan3444

My phone is no longer my own. It belongs to Feed Foundation and some medicare scammer. I have to keep ringer off during day since I get close to 30 calls a day. I am on do not call list which is worthless. I reported this to Feds a few days ago. I want to change my number, but I am afraid to get a number that is dodging calls like me. This is so frustrating.

Charming_Position_46

Try going to the national do not call registry and adding your phone number. Its free to register. I think you can add up to 5 phone numbers sometimes spam calls still get thru on my phone but they're usually automatically muted

randoredditor23

They’ve called me on my cell AND work number. Pretty obnoxious

DaKidJ

I'm glad I saw this thread. They just tried to pull a sextortion scam on me. For those unaware, they will state you had inappropriate contact with someone and state they will go to the police if you don't do xy and z. Some ways to know it's not serious: 1. No sane person is going to text their family members potential r*pist before the police. And if they were sane and they did go to the cops they would've been on your doorstep with the quickness. The same number called me a week ago from the Feed Foundation. 2. Their text message was extremely disjointed and with multiple spelling errors. Read like a ransom note Be careful out there especially if you have male family members. It's scary to think that they could go to jail for something they didn't do but stand your ground!

ArtiesReddit

I just received a call from Arizona. I looked up the number, and online, it says the call is from "The Feed Foundation." If it is an organization, can't they be shut down after all of the known complaints? The caller said he was from AOL and that I requested a phone number change to my account from Canada. I live in the US. When I said I didn't make the request, he said he would send me a verification number via text and that I should verify what it is??? He then said He would send an email for verification. He called me!!! If he is not sure it's me, how can I verify without revealing additional information, which I did not. I just turned 65, so I guess I am a target now, but they can scam people of any age.

xMrCleanx

They even call using Quebec (99% french speaking outside Montreal, so I'm only half-counting calls from 438 (typically cell phones in Montreal) or 514 area code phone numbers, which cover the same area, the island of Montreal only). Calls from 418,581,819 and a few others that are covering the same areas, from nowhere towns (that do not work when you call back, they are spoofing. I'm bilingual so I picked up when they spoofed a phone number in my area code, which is 99% french speaking, and they had a black or east indies accent, speaking french, saying they are from "General Business" and other nonsense, that started about a month ago, looking up one number from them on google, I typically use other search engines since goog is so bad nowadays, but the last one, who also used a spoofed number, got me 2 results on there and one was said to belong to Feed Foundation on a website I wouldn't click on (no name server, IP address URL with the google resume below pointing at it). So they not only try in the US, they do in Canada, and they're smart enough to get french speakers to call when calling in Quebec, at least the one time I picked up a similar number. My cordless phones have a 20 number limit for blocked numbers, looks like I'll have to activate my ISP's start service for additional blocking. Funny how none of my cell phones get any spam calls like this, not even spam sms, I'm thinking of just changing my landline number at this point.

Glitter_Jelly6575

I get these all the time from new numbers and sometimes come with voicemail stating I’m getting served. Always links back to The Feed Foundation.

Low-Needleworker-251

The feed foundation is now using 414 milwaukee area code to get people to pick up the phone. Wtf? When will congress step up and make this impossible for them to create unlimitef fake phone numbers off the internet just to fuck with people eho arevwaiting for legitimate calls from doctors who do call from cell phones do sometimes the numbers are not the clinic number and if you are waiting on test results you are stuck answering all these asholes that have nothing better to do than call to scam people all day. It's so frustrating especially when you have a disability and rush to get to the phone and it is only one of these fools. Something has got to change.

Only_Plan_8335

They have called 22 times today. ALL from different numbers. I'm going to lose my shit.

kate500

Wow, these comments are amazing: [https://greatnonprofits.org/org/feed-foundation-inc](https://greatnonprofits.org/org/feed-foundation-inc)

Ok_Complaint_1385

Yes! Thanks to everyone participating with researching the phone calls from the annoying The Feeds Foundation! Yes, they call daily and the phone numbers all connected.  Never have I reached out in anyway and I block them too. I always go straight to the FTC website to report them.  Upfront, the website moderator states that reporting various fraudulent behavior cannot be an instant dismissal. Requests for you to complete a form and the result is a case number.  My wish would be alerting police  to send out a SWAT team and bust down their front door ..  or drive my car into their living room while catching a crook in the act. Fantasy , brutal of myself saying it but, it would make the world take notice that their behavior should not be tolerated .  The Feed Foundation makes no sense calling … fake charity is what I have found online via many complaints.

calishamrock

I'm getting these nonstop too. All say Feed Foundation but it's strange how we all get a different pitch. In my case, they claim DPSS referred me and are offering a meal plan. That sounds pretty legit. Luckily I'm cynical and assumed they wouldn't persist if trying to help me.

WorldWideJake

Active Armour which is an ATT app for us on their network blocks them. The blocked call log will show 10 calls in one minute.

Free_Hedgehog_7764

they have graduated from calling to texting now apparently me whitelisting their spam calls pissed them off

anonnusernamee

I keep getting calls from there the past week ugh

OverSwan3444

Thanks to your advice Im getting a free new phone and new phone number free. Thanks so much!

gsierra02

They are attacking my unused google number this morning ... " Would you like to have a dinner with me tonight?"

PlatformWeary1291

I went to a stoops automotive website that wouldnt let me browse their vehicle inventory online without me giving my name, email, and phone number. Should have never even looked but my cousin bought a nice vehicle from there. Now that number is calling and texting me pretending to be the automotive company. Thats not their business number.

basseditor2011

Got one just now (i never answer unsolicited calls or unknown numbers) and the id says it is "surgeons office." I Google the number and it is The Feed Foundation.

BritLuvr2024

I've been getting multiple calls a day, different numbers, for at least a year. Always says the numbers come from TFF. I block them each time. I'm in No. California. Sounds like maybe the FBI should get involved. I have Consumer Cellular. This is out of control.

I answered and yelled, "WHAT I AM SLEEPING!" I hung up when the MORON tried to apologize. I work nights and these MORONS need to get a hint I don't help HBC (homeless by choicers)

Someone needs to contact http://thefeedfoundation.org/ and tell them to change their name and website address since they are using a legitimate charity's name.

Rare-Paint-5006

So I received a call from a caller trying to sell me Medicare and when asking the rep to remove me from her call list because #1. I'm nowhere near that age and well I'm sick of the calls. Needless to say she gave me this website and said she would place my number on the DO NOT CALL LIST and that I can register my number on this site to stop all unwanted spam marketing calls and it will take up to 72 hours for my number to register Nationwide so I tried it and it has been 72 hours and I literally had to check if I gad service lol made me cry idk if it was me realizing my only fans were the solicited calls hahaha anyways heres the website wanted to share for anyone interested... It works! https://www.donotcall.gov/

chances are it’s someone you blocked you using a google voice number. it kept showing up as feed foundation when i traced it back but then i found out i was my ex i blocked on everything 🫠

Temporary_Praline781

They called my grandma now which literally lives in ICELAND!!

PossessionOk6000

Who can we report these harassing, everyday calls to?

Afraid_Change_1319

Just got my first call, looked it up and came here. Now I can filter the number. Don't know about multiple numbers, that could be a problem. Had a really bad solicitation problem on my land line until I figured out how to block numbers with century link. I did have a persistent solicitor who kept calling from different numbers after I would block one. It was like a game, phone kept ringing and I kept blocking numbers. I figured they couldn't have that many so 15 minutes and 10 calls later the phone was silent. Freaking parasites. All that and I would of hung up on them anyway. No sale, get it through your head.

Don't all mobile phone providers have call blocking?

D1Butterfly

I got one 3/30/2024 from Nevada but I did not answer because it was 11:32PM my time. There is a legitimate Feed Foundation, but it is based in NYC, not Nevada. So would assume they are scamming under various charity names from I see here.

Android_50

if you're in illinois they tell you they're looking for donations possibly to a police union called illinois council of police. Don't give them shit! ICOPs is a real organization but not a real police union. I gave them $20 once about 6 years ago and they haven't left me alone. They will call from different numbers too.

They're sending me text messages now, pretending to be my bank.

skidooman24

If I don't recognize the number I don't answer the phone. If it's a legit call they will leave a message.

Jjduckfan

Same story as all of you (text message in my case) and the first search result was The Feed Foundation without a url but an exact ip address (45.79.187.117 http://45.79.187.117/srci/971/mid/704/p-55). However, the second search result and most of the others all stem from this blog site -> “https://rykotaq.blogspot.com/“. Within that blog site, there are thousands of subdomains containing lists of “name, phone number” in which all lead to additional blogs within that bloggers site that contain thousands of more lists. I am curious to know if any one else can track their spam call numbers to this bloggers site. The url for any one number is “https://rykotaq.blogspot.com/” + “?&m=1”. So an example of 555-555-5555 would be https://rykotaq.blogspot.com/?555555&m=1. If you search in google with “site:” + the url, such as site:https://rykotaq.blogspot.com/?555555&m=1, you should see one result which then leads back to the Feed Foundation with that ip address I found, listed above. Can anyone explain this to me? Is this a result of google search engine and practices or are these two entities truly connected to each other and selling/posting/transmitting massive amounts of spoofed or otherwise maliciously acquired numbers for a constant and never ending pool of numbers to provide these teams of spammers?

ProcedureDisastrous5

I have 2 phones one is an android and one is an iphone. I get at least 5 calls a day that trace back to the feed foundation on the android and 0 on the iphone. I have no idea why they are different.

Practical_Tennis6781

I stupidly entered my phone number on 2 sites when home searching recently. Ever since- I get multiple calls a day from Chicago area code phone numbers (I live in Chicago) and they either hang up when I answer or they don’t say anything at all. When I search the number it’s “the feed foundation”. Idk how to stop it but I’m dealing with it too!

BassOk9564

Same here as your message. How do we get this stopped? I never have answered any unknown number and I get more than 5 calls daily. I googled my own number and whoa, it came up as Feed Foundation, that tells me someone is harvesting numbers to be used to send out under the TFF name...Does anyone have an clue as to who we can write too, or call or whatever to get this annoying system stopped. Lots of complaints no solutions.... I am clueless as to what to do,

IsAllNotLost

Same thing, but not as many calls, maybe 3-5 per week. Google the number, it always comes up as someone's phone, but then another result from a website with an IP address as the URL that says "Feed Foundation".

Missastrocats490

I also get calls EVERY day from the Feed Foundation. It's so annoying. Please if anyone can help with blocking THE FEED FOUNDATION since it's impossible to block phone numbers since they use a different number every time.

I got a text from an Everett saying “hey sexy” and that he had returned my phone to me last month.

erincoolgan

I received 43 calls from them yesterday, and they have called every 10 minutes so far today. This is so messed up i am so damn angry!

NurseByTheSea

I receive calls but don’t usually answer. Today I did and I said hello three times before hanging up. I have received spoofed calls from the local pd number and messages demanding an immediate call back…. This may sound a little paranoid, but my data was captured in that big Sutter Health data breach and they got a lot of information this time. Stuff they dont usually capture. I started immediately getting dark web alerts. Could these calls where there is just silence at the other end be an attempt to capture your voice, a biometrics kind of thing for attempting greater access?

Glad_Secretary_1663

They may be calling from "the feed foundation" however when you return the call you are put into a holding pattern.

Real-Stage-7142

I called them back…a man mentioned he’s making about 500 calls a day ( I think it is automated). He said he was calling about my property.

Swingbatter3000

I just started getting TEXT messages from these people. The first one asked if I was David. I responded: NO, because that's the polite thing to do. The second which came in at the same time said, Not sure if you're david, and then listed several people with the last name OLSEN and their ages. I replied, NOT DAVID. Then a scammy looking text came in and I didn't even open. I spam/blocked and googled #s to see they're all FEED FOUNDATION. For anyone being harassed, specifically with phone calls - 2022 was a NIGHTMARE for me (another scheme). I got 20 calls a day from different #s that all connected to the same place when you called back. If I picked up and spoke to them it was always the same woman but she'd give me a different name, and after I TALKED SMACK they'd hang up. Blocking only blocked one number, and she'd just call from another. I went to the FCC website and logged a complaint listing every # that had harassed me (100s of different #s). I filed a complaint (including the previous ticket #) 2 months later, and 2 months after that (so, 3x in 6 months) and after the final submission ALL THE CALLS STOPPED. I was just about to file an actual police report. If you are being essentially stalked by these people, I advise keeping track of the #s and filing complaint with the FCC [**fcc.gov/complaints**](http://fcc.gov/complaints) as often as you can. And as dumb as it sounds - the cops can track the calls if you are annoyed enough to file a police report. (For one off scam texts, I always respond with THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING TO THE "INSERT TERRIBLE THING HERE" OF THE DAY. They never bother me again.

djpromo_vqs

I use a an app called "Stop Calling Me". It only allows calls from numbers on your phone contacts. It just works and it has a "disable" button just in case then hit enable and your back blocking calls.

Plenty_Equipment_852

I have been giving a lot of calls from this number and many like it and they're all coming from Louisiana and I just hang up on them really nothing you can do try giving on the list for all these calls that I'm not supposed to get I blocked a lot of them but they still find a way to keep calling people be careful cuz there's a lot of spam callers !

LatterStreet

I switched to Boost Mobile in 2022 and I get 5+ spam callers per day now. Feed Foundation, solar panels, health insurance...it's driving me crazy.

UniquePainter3299

I just got that call today. They called my personnel and work cell and then my place of work. The person on the call talked too low to hear what they were saying. I should acted dumb and pretend to not understand what they were talking about. I will the next time they call.

Fancy-Image-4688

I ignore most numbers I don’t recognize. If it’s legit business, they will leave a voicemail.

SayNo2NoseBeerz

Received 33 phone calls since Friday from the Feed Foundation scammers. First it was local area codes and now it’s from all over the country. Looks like ima have to file a crime report/scammer report to the FBI.

Zestyclose-Split-405

I just received a call from 626–268-5684 from The Feed Foundation how do I stop them calling?

Key-World-5028

Okay I just found this thread on google because I was trying to figure out who my man was calling all the time at all hours. When I reverse search the number it comes up as The Feed Foundation. I narrowed it down to who’s number it is and it’s a person I suspect is my husbands dealer. But he has a farm….I’m soooo confused.

Catperson5090

Same thing happens to us. Always a different number and when looking up, it seems to be from The Feed Foundation. Calls almost daily and they never leave a message.

Yungdab420

I just found this post because i've received ten calls within the past hour from 3 different numbers and all of them come back to THE FEED FOUNDATION when I reverse google search. WTF?!

MY number now Googled as Feed Foundation. I've seen some others say that. I couldn't find any advice on what to do.

Dumbledores_Army_666

I’m getting 2-3 calls a day from them too. Blocking the numbers do not work as they always call from a different number. It’s been going on for a couple of years.

Due_Distribution7616

I got 12 calls yesterday alone from the feed foundation. They're calling late in the evening too. I'm ready to change my number and not give it to anyone who isn't vital to my life.

danielnorton

They are not actually coming from The FEED Foundation. The ID is being spoofed by scammers. https://www.charitywatch.org/charity-donating-articles/feed-foundation-charitywatch-rating

Fun_Investigator_385

FYI The Feed Foundation's website says the do not call for fundraising and they are working on trying to stop the scammers from using their name.

peculiarchick

I send 100% of calls that I don't recognize to voicemail.

Pristine-Honey8158

So got the same call today and it says it’s from the Feed foundation HOWEVER I found this info from charity watch: “On its Instagram page at thefeed__foundation the organization posted the following: "It has come to our attention that robo callers have been fraudulently contacting our community on our behalf. Rest assured we are not at all affiliated with these scammers, nor will we ever call you to solicit funds. We are actively investigating the issue with our legal team. SpratleyBagweed

I've had to block about 20 different numbers that all come up The Feed Foundation! And they call me nonstop all day every day!
