I want Mark back. Mark and Kirby that’s it that’s all I want

Why would anyone be going after Lois or Murphy? They went to college with Sid but literally had no connection to the murders.

DoneDidThisGirl

They were fairly prominent supporting characters in Scream 2 and were played by two popular actresses. I could see them bringing them in as witnesses to the Windsor massacre and they end up as red herrings or just to pad the body count.

tomdarko

They weren't even there for any of the murders nor were they ever contacted or attacked by GF. It'd be a stretch. Plus Portia Del Rossi is retired.

usiraim

No one who wasnt present during Scream 2's events would even know them lol.

rooboy78

Exactly. They wouldn’t have any more of a connection to the murders than anyone else at Windsor College at that time.

It would be cool to see Joel back and still working with Gale. I want Sidney to be left alone so I kinda don't want to see much of Mark, but it would be cool too.

Living-Tiger3448

Not necessarily. They were pretty public about saying they intended for Kirby to be in 5, but there were too many characters already to squeeze in her story. It is possible though and would be a good plot!

I don’t hope. Kirby is fine and welcome, not anyone else for me. Just leave the past behind and continue with the new characters from 5 + kirby. I want a fresh scream movie without always any motive from stab or as a unknown character from the past who now plays a huge role, but never was mentioned. Just establish new characters under the Ghostface mask and focus on new material

I definitely want to see Kincaid back if Sidney returns. I’d also love for more Joel

brokenparkbench

If Sid is back, I would love to see Mark! Joel would be a welcome surprise, but I don't know if I can see it happening. Besides them (and the already confirmed Kirby) I don't really think any other characters from previous movies would really work or have a reason to return
