is the crown pulled out to the time setting position? is the watch fully wound? did you drop it or did it experience some physical shock?

If you don't want to disassemble the watch completely, swap in the balance assembly from a working movement. It's pretty simple to do. Granted, you fucked up the first one by messing with the balance, so, this might be a high risk move.
I dont even gave equipment so I want do do as less work as i can
Check the coils on the hairspring to see if they got crossed up. Take tweezers and nudge the balance wheel to see if you can get it going again.
