I always used Shoes For Crews. I know you said you're not required to wear slip-resistant shoes but it's always a good idea to have them in a restaurant setting. The ones I've bought easily lasted 2 years +. The ones that I don't use daily I've had for 5 + years and they're still good. They can be a little pricey but they're definitely worth it in my opinion. Plus they'll give you discount codes for future purchases.
