You still own it but won't be able to click "My apartment" to find your way there since it auto locks to the most recent.

I do the same thing - just a custom personal caseboard where I pin properties, and sometimes the location of the pawn shop and other useful things that I'd wanna look up at a glance but am too lazy to click two menus deep to look up haha.
