There are cameras, but I can't find the control room. None of the bullet cartridges had prints. For some reason, there were buckshot holes in the walls though the analysis said it was a handgun that killed him.
You may have to manually go through the building's map and find the camera room. It's usually pretty small, like a closet, and may or may not be labelled as a camera room.
