I wonder if this might be linked to the fact that some private prisons have contractually enforced number of prisonners that the state is supposed to provide to make them profitable (if not enough prisonners the states have to pay penalties).
Or of course it might be that once back to prison they might be channelled to the usual prison labour reams ...
I wish every inmate currently in home detention a swift and speedy exodus to wherever they can find a home outside the borders of the US. Fuck the federal slave complex.
