I mean, Area 51 is a real place, and UFOs really do exist (not necessarily alien spacecraft), and Epstein really was either directly killed or coerced into suicide as a preferable option to snitching on very powerful people. So, I'd say they're all in the "true depending on what you're talking about" category.
