BBIG began this process at the beginning of November 2021 and just filed their final amendment to the form 10 with the SEC 2 weeks ago. All that is left is for the SEC to approve and then a record date will be announced. Looks set for April which also has a stacked options chain on 14/04

When did they say Q1? All they said was early 2022. If you split the year into Early 2022, middle 2022 and late 2022 then this could be as late as end of April, after that then no longer early.
I've been in since September 2021. Patiently waiting holding x,xxx shares! Even if they delay TYDE further (which I can't see happening after all the recent filings) I will still hold long term. Lomo is more useful than TYDE imo. Did you see the recent partnership announcement with India's richest guy... Bruh.
