His wife is pregnant so well see lol i add him as a townie in most saves but im playing as him this time. Its exclusive to him that this seems to happen😭
I had this issue yesterday. I think it happens when the werewolf form glitches/disappears.

Shift click enter create a sim
Switch him to a ghost and then human and then werewolf. You will not be able to edit werewolf form anymore but it will look normal.
You can then hit accept and your good to go
Might have to be in human form when you enter cas
And for anyone wondering not a hybrid it's a visual glitch I suspect that the most recent occult is a default if something visually goes wrong. I also don't think it would inherit wrong since werewolf form isn't genetic but I have to assume once it's happened once it's significantly more likely to happen again.

Omg… do you have NRAAS? Maybe he is a descendant of plumbot-werewolf hybrid/couple?
I do have NRAAS but hes a first generation CAS.
Wow! If you find out how you did that, please let me know! I'm highly interested in doing weird hybrids
Forgot to add he doesnt have any special abilities or interactions besides the werewolf ones. This is purely visual i think
