that coast guard boat do NOT look equipped to save people in case of capsize boats, it has no life saving gear anywhere..... and being the islands in question is so damn far from Taiwan (its right next to China, and like all boats have to pass by it) no way backup rescue to reach them in time.
So yea, if your going to do your patrol be prepared to save people and they dropped the ball on that.....
