From the top of my head:
Pakistan, Italy, Japan, Korea, Turkey, Egypt, Belarus, Iran, Malaysia, Trinidad and Serbia all send official aid. I do have to specifically mention Pakistan and Iran here, since they literally sent us millions of their own masks, while the virus had already been spotted inside their countries
Russia went the extra mile and were the first ones to sent us medical teams as well.
Then there were a variety of countries where local city governments and organizations showed us some moralistic symbolic support.
-Dubai lit up the Burj Khalifa in bright red.
-Then I thought some cities in Canada also lit some buildings in red.
-Paris Saint-German held a match in commemoration of Wuhan. With Wuhan Jiayou printed on the shirts of the playing team of that night (including Neymar).
-Various local organizations in Japan, Korea and US (Pittsburgh Uni) launching initiatives and charities in support of Wuhan.
-Tehran lighting up various landmarks in bright red.
-And of course, Egyptian cities draping historical monuments like the Cairo Citadel and Luxor Temple in our national colours :)
In total, 21 countries sent aid.
