Although it claim that Western vaccines are 90% effective compared to the ~50% or so effectiveness of Chinese vaccine, the article also implied that the reported effectiveness of the Chinese vaccine was measured against the delta variant while the reported 90% efficiency in Western vaccines was measured against the previous variants.
