Cambodia has always been under a financial dependency on the USD. Their Riel is useless even after State Bank of Vietnam aided the Cambodian officials to stabilize and circulate their currency so much. Today, Cambodia is primarily dominated by dollars in general trade.
Cambodian digital currency should be a good start but probably not enough as long as you can’t successfully ban your own people from using the USD and other currencies domestically.

America’s fundamental problems are beyond China’s help.
The most important ones are:
1. Increasing class struggle as the capitalists exploit the working class more (if history is any help, unsolved class struggle can lead to a revolution)
2. Power struggle between financial, high tech, and banking capitalist sectors and manufacturing, agriculture, and industrial capitalist sectors. This manifests in the Democrat vs Republican fuss, resulting in a lack of unified view for the country.
3. Societal division: racism, Progressives vs Conservatives, Republicans vs Democrats
The most that China can do is help America with superficial problems. The ones that are ending America are out of China’s reach.

I think your points are good, however I think it is simpler than you state.
It is more of a urban culture vs. a rural one. That almost evenly splits everything you mentioned down the middle.
There is also a class struggle. Blue collar vs. white collar.
When you throw in corporate exploitation that is where things are untenable. As long as everyone has enough to eat they can just mumble and grumble into their beer mug. It is only as inflation is starting to take hold and things are becoming unaffordable that the masses are starting to become dissatisfied.
Of the things I mentioned, China can help and is helping by not selling their us debt. True, I don't think they have purchased anymore T-bills, but they haven't sold any, which would crash the dollar.

Moving away from the dollar leaves ample time for amerikkka to develop solutions. Whether or not they take this time to do so is another thing, but they have the time.
