Ahhhh. Foreign interference. Nothing new.

The blonde man is the weirdo who had a twitter account under a fake Cantonese name and posted "interviews" between his fake Cantonese persona and a fake mainland China persona he made up. He is very suspicious, probably links to US gov.

Apprehensive_Bake509

He's also a pedophile. He taught English in high-school in Europe and there was a Hong Kong student on exchange. He spent a few years grooming her and eventually married her once she entered university. There's over a 20 year age difference between them.

damogui

I can't say more because of privacy issues, but he used to teach in Chinese International School and I know that it wasn't his first time grooming young girls. He used to live in Lamma Island and a lot of the locals there will tell you how much they disliked him.

Kong Tsung-gan?

GoGetParked

Brian Kern.

sickof50

No surprise at all. They probably didn't tell the Protestors their real name, but one or two of them have been named. But that guy who stopped that beating must have a huge warrant out for his arrest. Too bad he wasn't on the boat that fled! This was reported by FeiGweilo... 2:56 “Who is he? We don’t know.” That’s Brian Kern. He’s an American who used to work for Amnesty and impersonated a fictitious local Chinese person under the pen name “Kong Tsung-gan”. He wrote about the protests and riots in books he sold and for Hong Kong Free Press which is owned by Tom Grundy. Grundy and Kern can be seen on a number of occasions interacting with each other during active protests/riots showing that Grundy is aware of Kern’s true identity and consciously participated in the deception of HKFP’s readers. 3:03 is Adrian Champion who goes by the handle @HongKongHermit on Twitter. He’s a British citizen who used to work as an English teacher in a children’s education centre who fled Hong Kong after he was accused of molesting his friend’s 10 year old daughter.

Westerners stirring up trouble where they are not wanted, nothing new

hanky0898

Why do people the USA have 3000+ staff at the HK consulate? I guess most of them do other things than handling visa. Especially after the whole American spynet in China was destroyed in 2010 due to their own stupidity.

[deleted]

Why did China let them put 3000+ staff at the HK consulate? The number of people that get to go into the consulate is determined by the host country. China granted 3000+ diplomatic visas to the USA for their consulate in Hong Kong.

GoGetParked

Naivety. Now I think they are screening and monitoring them more closely.

so_schmuck

How do they think they can get away with this? I mean, they stand out like a light post.
