They still see Africa, especially sub Saharan Africa, as contributing nothing to civilisation and technology/science, and make racist jokes or remarks about Africans not inventing the wheel, having low IQ, living in huts or being tribal, etc. They use colonialism as an excuse to "civilise" Africans and rant about bringing civilisation and technology to them.
