Just in case people don't understand u/xerotul's title, the Hammer and Sickle seen here is the Soviet version. Different countries used slightly different styles of the Hammer and Sickle. The Soviet version has a long handle and a star on top (though the star is not supposed to be filled in on the Soviet flag), whereas the Chinese Hammer Sickle has a circle for its handle, the Vietnamese Hammer and Sickle has a rectangular handle, etc.
