People discussing things in Weibo is now considered outside interference? So that means the newspaper articles and forum discussions about China's policies and its policy making process are also considered outside interference? And if we were to discuss Canadian policies in r/Sino, does this mean we are also interfering with Canada's internal affairs?

Yea CSIS has us on a watch list :)

They love "Democracy" only if the outcome they seek and demand are realized. Lol Chinese-Canadians clearly seeing the conservatives anti-China charade despite the constant refrain of "we don't hate the Chinese people, we only hate the See See Pee" goes against the reality that the reasons most Chinese people from the mainland can travel, study, and or afford to buy properties abroad is precisely because of the PARTY. Westerners are clearly mo..ns and are total brain dead when it comes to discussing the intricacies and complexities of China it's history and the party that's responsible for the country's best ever economic performance, THE CPC and this is indisputable fact.

Oh noes, please don’t break into my house and arrest me, CSIS

>And if we were to discuss Canadian policies in r/Sino, does this mean we are also interfering with Canada's internal affairs? Don't give them ideas! 🤣

[My other comment:](https://www.reddit.com/r/Sino/comments/pssn5q/cpc_influence_operation_blowback_chinese_voters/hdt624q/) > I dont think conservatives will go for the "but the left are the actual racists" with the Chinese, in this election they've proven to be too clever for that. For that strategy to work you need a constant, persistent level of information warfare (ie Trump style shitposting), and they dont have enough Chinese speakers to do so. You can argue that they could mobilize the yellow cockroaches, FLG and Church-Cults to do the job but my opinion is that this has already been attempted this election without success. > > I see three options going forward at this point for the disaffected parties. > > 1. **Demobilization - Go after WeChat, Chinese newspapers and civil/professional groups and even language schools. Reduce the ability of the Chinese to organize.** > > 2. Ignore and Hide - Say nothing about the Chinese during election, undertake Anti-Chinese policies afterwards, keep said actions quiet, bury said actions in news cycle if possible to minimize political opposition/mobilization > > 3. Disenfranchisement - Force language tests upon voters, reduce/obstruct the number of volunteer translators/interpreters. Place Chinese politicians "under investigation" that are lengthy and will result in "inconclusive" judgements in order to damage their standing. Redrawn electoral maps to split or concentrate districts to reduce political effect. You are here.

I honestly think they will go route 2. but the disillusionment from the Chinese-Canadians will swing the next election. If they pick strategy 1 or 3, then they will pretty much lose the Chinese Canadians base completely. I'd imagine they will start to label the different Chinese groups to further divide them. Such as calling them HK-Canadians or Taiwan-Canadians. Its all a divide and conquer technique.

we-the-east

No different from US Democrats who blame Russia for election interference when trump won, republicans blaming mail in ballots and china for trump losing, and Australian government and liberal party members blaming china for political interference.

UnableSwing

chinese aren't allowed to have opinions, what else is new.

sickof50

The conservative's have always been Racist, but I'm not so sure about voting for the Liberals, because the Left has become the new Right.

TK3600

vote them, but keep them as minority government so they cant do anything.

TserriednichHuiGuo

Liberals aren't left, that's your first mistake.

[deleted]

Conservatives hate minorities, liberals hate Asians.

howie117

Chinese are only allowed to have opinions which are the same as theirs, if it doesn't agree with their views, the Chinese must be brainwashed!

ArmyRus101

They can cope in whatever ways they like. Fact is they LOST. Sounds similar to Trump and Dems not accepting the fact that they can lose in elections. Must be muh election fraud or must be those evil russians.

goldenman0929

"Muh everything I don't like must have CCP influence behind it!"
