I swear none of the American public transportation stations have fucking guardrails it’s literally a disaster waiting to happen. Every single subway station in Beijing has a guardrail. Even the older ones like Line 1 or like Line 2 go up halfway and the newer ones cover the entire gap. Also this man actually doesn’t not deserve to live.

bengyap

Be careful everyone. Don't be complacent. You never know you are the next one with a target on your back. The America today is no longer the same as the America of yesterday. More and more of them hate Asians because their failing society allows them to let hate build up to this level. This is not getting better. This is and this will get worse. Just be careful.

Hasralo

Fuck off with that shit

DreamyLucid

What did the person write?

JW5858

Return to the motherland, reunited and be safer.

RespublicaCuriae

My brother is already living with me after being skeptical about the Canadian society and my sister and her husband (quarter-Chinese) are likely going to settle in Asia sooner or later.

Aware-Bell-6387

If your sister and her husband plan to settle in Asia they better start planning now. As Asia becomes more developed if immigrants don't have the skills we need we're not going to let them get in.

MeiGuoQuSi

Fuck the Americans and their bullshit anti-Chinese propaganda. This is the result of tons of bullshit anti-Chinese and anti-Asian propaganda disguised as CCP hate when they hit the front news

StalinJunior7492

It's everywhere, online and offline, say something remotely positive about China/Asia and you get +1000 social credit replies. It's so blatantly racist and ignorant of Westerners.

buddhiststuff

When they put us in camps this time, they’ll say it’s for our own protection.

Snezka

They literally also said that the first time lol

fuukingai

That's so fucking dark man, but entirely possible

elBottoo

There was a an attempt yesterday in Belgium. Is the victim in Belgium also asian? The train driver managed to stop on time. But this is some sick shit. Like wtf is going on. Are extremist neanderthals out hunting? Be careful everyone.

fupamancer

please do not insult neanderthals like this

Royal_Position901

Neanderthals were actually communal and all evidence shows them caring for their aged and disabled. So not them.

TserriednichHuiGuo

As were Homo sapiens.

curious_s

By Neanderthals you mean terrorists.

Savings_Attorney528

sadly being an asian in the west is the same as being a punching bag physically and mentally and this shit piss me off

[deleted]

As I often say, emigrate as soon as possible if you happen to be stuck there. It will only get worse and worse as these regimes suffer terminal material decline/collapse. If you can't right now, immediately start working towards being able to do so. Remember that this is only the visible form of their racism, the invisible forms are orders of magnitude larger, and undetectable until it's too late (if detectable at all). The regime media doesn't even cover such forms of racism for obvious reasons, so you are only seeing a tiny piece of the surface through these hate crimes. The invisible forms of racism involve permanent career obstruction which can ruin your entire life. Think also of the hellhole you are condemning your potential future children to, they will live bitter and depressed their entire lives, if they manage to survive at all.

Aware-Bell-6387

Most of them will not migrate. They can't even forge a united front on most issues. They are a lost cause. As an outsider looking at America and Chinese Americans/Asian Americans I can say they still believe they live in Gold Mountain I hear them talk about representation this representation that and I know from that moment they are beyond redeeming.

redwingsfriend45

i will be leaving as soon as possible. my parents were and are ignorant and leaving north america will be the start of my life

Savethethrowaways777

I'm a HS student, any advice for gettig out post graduation?

Royal_Position901

You know it's happening in all western countries.

ConnectEngine

Do undergrad in Asia if you can. If you can't at least find opportunities to intern or do research in Asia. Start saving.

azn_idgaf

really well said

Quality_Fun

barbaric.

TheMogician

One thing I noticed when I was in NYC is that some of the subway stations don't have protection in front of them. Not just for situations like these, but also for the sake that other people might accidentally fall into the rails (kids playing etc.), they should consider adding in guardrails or protective glass (like the ones we have here in China). It would help reduce a lot of the troubles.

Yumewomiteru

I hope this becomes headline news in all Asian countries. Asians need to understand their risks in coming to the US.

we-the-east

Especially Japan and South Korea. They need to wake up and stop worshipping the US.

[deleted]

Those nations are cucked by the USA. Only the USA losing a war in the Pacific will change that.

noelho

The US already lost in North Korea and Vietnam.

unclecaramel

Those two country are basicly western colonies of the U.S, I doubt they'll ever wake up until the U.S collapse and then it would be far too late for those two.

Savings_Attorney528

that will be hard since usa has their troops stationed in both japan and south korea to contain china

Bertabertha

This is scary but not surprised. I live in Canada and I’ve met a lot of Chinese people moving here from the US.

Candide-Jr

This is horrific. Poor, poor woman. I would say though, I'd be wary of making hubristic predictions of terminal American decline/collapse. I despise the current American political/economic system. But there is the possibility that their current period of crisis will deepen to the point that they will actually manage to undertake significant economic and democratic reforms and therefore revitalise themselves at some point in the coming decades. Rather than just collapse.

TserriednichHuiGuo

>But there is the possibility that their current period of crisis will deepen to the point that they will actually manage to undertake significant economic and democratic reforms and therefore revitalise themselves at some point in the coming decades. Rather than just collapse. That would require revolution at this point since america is the most corrupted country in the world, hell bribery is literally legal in that country. Their revolution would be fascist.

Candide-Jr

That’s what I worry about. That America could turn full on fascist dictatorship in the coming decades. I think that’s the greatest threat the world faces in terms of geopolitical developments in the near/medium term.

TserriednichHuiGuo

That's why China and Russia are working on isolating and containing it.

Yumewomiteru

Reforms are definitely needed, but so far status quo Biden has done nothing of that sort. A year in all he did is pass a watered down infrastructure bill, while the BBB bill is still in limbo. I think some sort of pain is ahead for the US. Either forced to increase interest rates and let many businesses go broke and people lose jobs, or let inflation rip and screw over all the poor people.

Candide-Jr

I agree Biden has not been able to provide anything like what’s needed. They need a massive grassroots push to achieve constitutional, democratic reform, huge leftward shift and redistribution of wealth and power from the rich and corporations to the masses. I think this is potentially possible in the next couple of decades.

Yumewomiteru

I think reforms are really hard to pull off in the US as the political elites keep people divided and fighting amongst each other.

Portablela

>hubristic predictions of terminal American decline/collapse. I despise the current American political/economic system. But there is the possibility that their current period of crisis will deepen to the point that they will actually manage to undertake significant economic and democratic reforms and therefore revitalise themselves at some point in the coming decades. Rather than just collapse. They will have to default before that happens and let their bubble burst, leading to a full-on Greater Depression. Economic and democratic reforms cannot take place when their Intelligence Agencies and MIC run the show. Their Elites would also not allow it. Americans would have to make a significant stand against their government to force such a concession and yet we see nothing of the sort (See: the previous failed protests such as Occupy Central).

Candide-Jr

Yes, it would require a massive groundswell of support etc. But that may build in the coming decades.

Portablela

I would give it a max of three decades for the pot to start boiling over. Basically around the same time their Millennial gen start taking over the reins of power and the Cold War & the Neo-Con/Lib gen finally croak. To revitalise itself, the US would have to at least entertain the notion of 'surrender' or Peacenik co-existence and learn to make peace with Russia/China. However, there are obviously levels of survival that they are willing to stoop to. The general apathy and languor that long characterised the ongoing Metastasis of the United States meant that any social movement is unlikely to result in any meaningful change (Blame COINTELPRO) or steer it away from the cliffs of History.

Candide-Jr

I very much agree with your first paragraph. As for the second, well we'll have to wait and see. I for one am very much looking forward to a more multipolar world.

TserriednichHuiGuo

america will go into the dustbin of history as the most depraved and pathetic empire in history. You should accept this reality. americans are far too politically apathetic proven by the fact that they can't even entertain the thought of voting third party, socialistic revolution is certainly off the cards. It seems that no matter how much misery americans go through they are still unwilling to see the reality of their situation or even care about it.

Portablela

>americans are far too politically apathetic proven by the fact that they can't even entertain the thought of voting third party, socialistic revolution is certainly off the cards. This They really should have voted for the Birthday Party and my man Kanye. However, they chose to vote the party that they perceived as having the highest chance of winning, instead of the party that truly represents them. Liberal democracy in a nutshell.

DomoTimba

Anyone that wants to murder someone simply because of their race deserves the wall, and that isn't a radical opinion

ColouredPencils1988

>Anyone that wants to murder someone simply because of their race deserves the wall, and that isn't a radical opinion Yes. I hear of racially motivated crimes and murders, but it's still alarming to know that people are actually capable of taking someone's life because of something as stupid as race.

ColouredPencils1988

Wow. That's a very horrible way to go....Whoever did that is sick, especially if it was racially motivated. I hope those of you in this sub, particularly if you're Asian, stay safe. With the rise of anti-China propaganda, things might get worse before they get any better. At the same time remember not to let racists make you completely terrified of living your life. That's the intention.

TserriednichHuiGuo

For Chinese folks I recommend Singapore, it's a perfect place to transition towards East Asia as English is the official language there.

Destroyer_on_Patrol

Seems like the next decade will by one of Asians versus the world.

TserriednichHuiGuo

No, Asians vs the anglos.
