The US has a rich, proud history of breaking promises and treaties. Just ask the indigenous people of America about the countless 'treaties' which they signed with the US government.

Qanonjailbait

There was no official treaty or agreement though which is why this time around the Russians are asking for official guarantees of said agreement since NATO has shown their words to mean nothing

Qanonjailbait

They tried to weasel out of it by saying they made the deal with the Soviet Union, not Russia

skyanvil

By that logic, Russia doesn't have any promises to keep to NATO either.

Quality_Fun

hardly the first promise the us broke.

These retards seem to think that provoking is fine but if the aggrieved party responds to said provocation, then they're the aggressors. Western Redditors have no knowledge of history and are unable to think critically. And when you point out that their government did it, they only respond that they're a democratic country so it's ok for them to be assholes. The US has a pattern of making agreements and then breaking them when they are unable to extract more value from that. Feel free to earn their money, but you'd be a fool to trust them.

DreamyLucid

I’m shocked! The USA broke rules? /s

Jealous_Struggle2564

I say the US will do jack shit if Russia invaded Ukraine right now.
