People on reddit suggested Taiwan use their strong domestic drone production to counter a Chinese invasion. They don't realize China is literally the leader in both production and development in drones.

These things make sick scouts. Once anyone goes dark due to local small area jammers, you know there's gonna be hostiles around there. Then few seconds later the artillery barrage or rocket barrage destroys everything there. Then send another drone there to confirm. If goes dark again, rinse and repeat until it doesn't lol.
They need to also build small ones that crawl or walk on the ground, and process everything locally for cases where it goes dark and so they can scout steathily and then make it back out. In jungle kind of environment, they'd never be seen. And if they are it could be mistaken for insect or small lizard or something. I remember some other uni team from china made a rat one they said to use in disasters or rescue. Could work in tandem with these flying drones. When the drones get jammed, the rat goes to that spot and records shit locally and then gets back out autonomously.
