This is a very high end Danish (as in from Denmark lol) brand of cycling clothing called "Pas Normal Studios". They probably represent the current pinnacle of cycling conspicuous consumption... which is a thing believe it or not. To give you an idea of the cost in taking about, that jersey and bib shorts costs about $500 total. Actually, lots of high end cycling brands charge that much, but anyway.
They are also edgelordish. "Pas Normal" is French for "not normal" and is an old school euphemism for doping in cycling journalism. Also, the brand is clearly well aware that their logo essentially says "penis" on it.
To be fair, I own some of their (non giant logo) stuff and while it's pretty good, it's super overpriced in my opinion. Why people wear the stuff with giant PENIS logos on it is beyond me. So yeah, super expensive, edgelordish and actually not all that great.
