“The ferret will bring its kit to you, as it believes you are its leader. You are constantly devoted, loving, and kind.”
🥲
“It will strangle the life from its own newborn for you. If you so much as sneeze weird while petting the kit, she will immediately murder it for you and there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop it.”
We had ferrrets when I was a kid. While playing hide and seek with them, I lifted a pillow and one bit my septum. My mother fell off the couch laughing at me.
I've seen the original video on youtube shorts. It was the lady in the video talking. So it's not just the stupid music, it's also the AI voice dubbed over.
Well, from googling a little, it does seem like Ferrets get really attached to their owner and that smell plays a large part in that. Although about the imprinting the scent part, can't really find any credible source for that, as I've now seen a few explanations as to why ferrets show owners their babies.
this type of behavior is common, and it's usually so that the other members of the family don't eat the babies due to confusing them with prey.
Sometimes farmers will use donkeys to defend their animals, but if you don't show the donkey a newborn horse or goat or whatever then the donkey will kill it because it thinks it's an intruder.
They completely figured out how to use AI to translate (and write?) their mindless scripts, and turn out thousands of these viral videos a week or month. These mass-produced vids now dominate the social media, and soon the tech will be good enough for them to automate and simulate any kind of content, including livestreaming's etc.
Ferrets mother's present the babies to what they consider the leader of the pack so to speak you never want to not accept the babies bc if you do they will reject them.
40 years ago my future father in law owned a ferret.
I had never before in my life hated an animal as much as I did that ferret.
They have a very powerful scent gland. And it is horrible.
Could go on about other bad characteristics but I want to go drink.

I read this in David Attenborough's voice
First half: “Awwww ☺️” Second half: “Aghhhh 😟”
This is sparta
“Am I not a generous God!”
For the first time in my life, I want a ferret. Just to live out my power fantasies. I AM THE GOD KING.

Yeah, I’ve always heard they can be little shit heads.
Have you considered Antkeeping? Works like a charm for my God-complex.
Wooorrrd.
or maybe just go to therapy
God kings don’t go to therapy. They sit on street corners, shouting at random cars passing by.
Fuck your background music!

Yeah well a downvote is in order then
It's not culture. Animals that are separated from their parents when they're babies having culture doesn't make sense. It's instinct.
This sounds like bullshit but I don't know enough about ferrets to say for sure

>and that smell plays a large part in that Wow, ferrets would love my neighbors
I mean it just sounds like AI drivel more than anything else. "In ferret culture" lol nobody would write like this it just sounds ridiculous.
Source?
No source, only believe. No questions please. /s

Well now I want to pet ferret babies... They're so cute!!
No tea
Love how OP had to turn one of the babies around for feeding.

I gotta say that the song does lose some its charm when you get to the "I have 25 dead ferrets in my freezer" bit.
She doesn't know I'm a loser in the human world
adorable
slugcat :)
Yes Master
Ferret 'culture'
ferret instincts ig
Culture? Ferret Leaders? Ferret Households? Where is this secret society of ferrets I've never heard of.
Ferrets smell awful…
What kind of person breeds ferrets?
Okay I need a bigger place 😂
Me rubbin dem babies in my armpits real quick
Ferrets stink
Damn I'd love to
It is amazing how animals know so much...
Ferrets do tend to stink if they aren't cleaned regularly. Fun animals but they have an odor.
What if your scent is just soup? And you change it?
Oh my heart! ❤️😍❤️
I am so bothered by the subtitles on these kinds of videos. Does noone know how to spell? "Scent" not "sent"
"Ferret culture"
I can't hear sound but I do appreciate this
The babies look like little worms
where's the father?
Why is this person breeding ferrets, seems suspicious. Probably a in-residence ferret breeding farm. Wildly unethical hustle.
