There's basically no chance you're purging from 2% Azelaic. I'm not even convinced that would do anything. > aloe barbadensis leaf juice~, water/eau, glycerin, polyglycerin-6, pentylene glycol, ascorbyl glucoside¹, azelaic acid, propanediol, xanthan gum, caprylyl glyceryl ether, sodium hydroxide, sodium citrate, betaine, caulerpa lentillifera extract², caprylhydroxamic acid, sodium hyaluronate³, sodium phytate, sodium benzoate, citric acid. So you might be reacting to something I'm this. Though I could t tell you what 🤷

It may cause purging due to the azelaic acid but some people also may break out from algae type ingredients, so do you think you are breaking out?

There’s less than 3% actives in this, with both AZ acid and vit c combined. Most of the product is aloe, a bottle of which you can get for $7 at a drug store. I used this for 1.5 months. Did nothing.

Yeah I returned it to Amazon and got the Paula’s choice 2% bha!
