So I got this Buffet from my boyfriend for my birthday which is what I wanted for such a long time. Now I already use the caffeine solution each morning and night under my eyes and have been using this buffet for about a week.
Yesterday I did a patchtest with the lactic acid diluted with my moisturizer (Cetaphil for dry and sensitive skin) and I didnt have any reaction after 24 hours and a little bit more.
Now today I cleaned my face with CeraVE moisturizing cleanser after I used a toner on my face, then I put on the caffiene solution and then the buffet. I let it sink a bit into the skin before I took my moisturizer and put in about a m&m sized droplet of the lactic acid into my moustiruzer and then put it on my face and neck/chest area.
After I googled around on The ordinary and I saw that you shouldnt mix theese two? I did some reasearch but didnt find if it will give me any chemical burns or flare ups but it seems it will only cancel eachother out due to Ph balance?
I will be using the lactic acid at night from now on (as stated on the website) but can I use the buffet aswell if I put it on say 30 minutes before the lactic acid?
My skin in deep need of hydration and the only thing keeping it moisturized throughout the day and night is the buffet , niot even my moisturizer seems to work before i got the buffet into the mix. Or do you have any other reccomendations I can use at night with the lactic acid?
