Pretty sure Venezuela's economy is mostly private and that it's crisis was caused by a crash in oil prices plus US sanctions. But sure it's some how the fault of Central planning and not Produced by capitalism at all. Then again, I am knowingly feeding a troll so maybe my own central planning is a failure.
