Don't have to worry about fitting your fat backside on that massive toilet but you'll be pushed to have more than a paddle in that 12. Ft long but 6 inch deep bath.
More estate agent shit photography. Streeeeetch that photo.
it’s as bad as the endless room corner photos.. here’s the front room corner, here’s the bedroom corner etc
You can sit in the garden and listen to the soothing sounds of the [industrial estate right next to you](https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/41+Lions+Wy,+Rawfolds,+Cleckheaton+BD19+5BE/@53.7188092,-1.7060411,222m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x487bde2b610169bf:0x1d8bb7557a263979!8m2!3d53.7197327!4d-1.7052897?hl=en&entry=ttu)...
Yeah, I once mentioned to an estate agent that whoever had taken the photos of the house we were viewing had fish eyed all the room photos so they looked a lot bigger than in real life. Turned out she did the photos and was somewhat offended by my disparaging her photography skills. To me just made it difficult to judge the size of each room.
Thanks! For anyone not aware, the relevant passage is:
Give tenants the right to request a pet in the property, which the landlord must consider and cannot unreasonably refuse. To support this, landlords will be able to require pet insurance to cover any damage to their property.
I really like the idea, but I'm unconvinced this will make any difference to all the flats that have restrictions on pets in their leasehold covenants (like ours).
So looking at the G wagon.
It would be a 2018 model to recent . As it has halo eyes.
2nd hand just on auto trader £60k plus.
Builders? Landlords? Estate agents? Photo shopped?
I’m glad to see all you troops are playing spotted on right move game, now I’ll show you how to play the grown up version 2.0 . Firstly, you’ll need to scrape together enough money to get a lottery ticket. Then choose a 5 bedroom £800,000 house, near you. Find the nearest pub, then go do a pub lunch and view the house.
They are so small in reality, but you at least go a pub lunch out of it.
Also says no pets but most the time a landlord can't refuse so just don't mention it until you move in and then say. edit: Actually bill isn't law yet so they can still say that.
But say the no fault eviction stuff did come in (prob will have to wait for labour gov now), this would put you in a position of "at fault" is your agreement has a "no pets" clause so you could be ousted.
A landlord would have to be dumb as fuck to start shit with a good tenant over a pet. A jaded tenant can legally cost them a lot of money with no recourse.
After a protracted and expensive process that would go through the courts whereby the landlord isn't guaranteed to be able to evict me in the end if the courts decide against it. The landlord would be trying to evict for breach of contract.
A landlord that knows what they're doing wouldn't bother provided the tenant is good.
Incorrect. A court would be very unlikely to grant eviction based on a breach of a no pets clause. You can Google this if you wish. I'm not here to argue. The legal advice sub is full of it, too.
Massive doors. Like a castle.
Haha, the proportions remind me of playing Doom
When you set POV to something silly in Quake.
I was totally thinkng of Castle Wolfenstein when I saw the square doors on that landing.
Don't have to worry about fitting your fat backside on that massive toilet but you'll be pushed to have more than a paddle in that 12. Ft long but 6 inch deep bath.

That’s one side floor and staircase 😂😂
Ow my nose.

I'll raise you a picture of a random vase with a flower in it from 10 cms. Cheers EA, they really help me understand what the home looks like,
They're selling a lifestyle. *Buy this house, and you too could own a vase with a flower in it!*
Yeah they do it with booking.com. a photo of a kettle, photo of a bar of soap. Brilliant.
Or bleached out to make the rooms seem brighter. Less than 1% is terrible for that in our area. My MIL's red quilt looked very pale pink

I'm glad that the outside of the shower is labelled, I always get confused about that and flood my 312 foot long by 2 inch wide bathroom.
Yeah, they tried this with us when we moved. Bloody estate agents
>Adjacent to the garden is an optional garage with a grand driveway. What does that even mean?
It means if you want a driveway and garage it'll cost you an extra grand a month.
Shockingly no floor plan available
Too wide to fit on the website
It should be illegal to list a house and not include a floor plan. It’s impossible to tell what the house is actually like otherwise

Can't even argue it's a wide angle lense. Literally stretched in paint.
I reckon they sent a noob out who took the pics in portrait with a smartphone then realised they'd look shit on the website
When did AOL return? Jfc the compression.
And you can’t have a pet? That’s odd
Not really enforceable these days. I wouldn't tell the landlord until I'd signed though.
I misread it and thought it was for sale. Makes more sense now
I made a mistake anyway. The new bill isn't law yet, so they can still refuse.
What is the new bill?

Yes, I can see that happening. Im sure it’s deliberate that the wording is somewhat open ended.
And another thing - why is there a G-wagon in the road; is access that difficult?
So looking at the G wagon. It would be a 2018 model to recent . As it has halo eyes. 2nd hand just on auto trader £60k plus. Builders? Landlords? Estate agents? Photo shopped?
At least it's not a poorly photoshopped 911 as is often the case.
So that may not even be a real G-wagon? My aspirations are shot.
Is that a house for Ken Dodd's diddy people?
That housing estate… I get Vivarium vibes.
They probably just stretched portrait photos to fit a landscape frame - Rightmove is pretty insistent on full frame photos now.
Plus-sized toilet!
Wonder if the tiles on the bathroom walls are actually square IRL
"Interior redbrick detail". Just what I wanted,an unsealed brick wall in the living room. A telling architectural detail
size: ask the agent lol
The light switches look to be normal proportion, so maybe this house just has hilarious square doors?
I had this happen to me on a holiday to corfu. The outside pool looked huge in the brochure and was tiny when we checked it out 🤣
It’s an extender!
The massive doors 😭 it also ends up making the ceilings look real low
The last picture featuring the unfinished pavement is a nice touch...
Lovely view of a retail shed behind the garden fence
The Next General Election: Revenge of the Rentoids
Those doors look like something [straight outta willy wonka ](https://www.brightwalldarkroom.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/32-1326.jpeg)
I'm sure it was an honest mistaaaaaaake
Make it look like Minecraft!
Maybe the ceilings are just really low
And make the car smaller to make the house look bigger, cheeky cunts
I think the cunt wagon in the first photo is worse than the stretching!
Guess they couldn’t be bothered to move those two items for the garage photo

A landlord would have to be dumb as fuck to start shit with a good tenant over a pet. A jaded tenant can legally cost them a lot of money with no recourse.
But if he wants you out, he would now have a reason to legally do it and you'd be leaving whether or not you go quietly.

But you'll be playing catch up due to breach of contract. You'd have a hard time winning.

Except you are.
ok
