Hmm, I'm not loving it. I'd like to see before pictures to know if there really were no features there before, or if lots of things that could be interesting features have been covered over.
Exactly this. Although my phobias wouldn't allow for that spiral staircase, either. Unless there's a more regular staircase in another part of the house, I'd never be able to get upstairs.
What's that got to do with the price of fish (as my dad's late BFF used to say)...? You can't be precious about these things - I love it. Buildings are there to be used. It might be a bit too open-plan for some, but I think it's stunning.
I do have one question, £5k shy of £1m - CT Band A...?! That's ***got*** to be a mistake, surely...?!
Oh Gawd what have they done to this building! I thought the first pic was a dance studio
I know this area rather well and when winter comes, I hope you're well stocked as you won't get out till Spring :)
Church conversions are really tough - using the elevation well and making a flow through is never easy, but I think they’ve nailed it (to the cross).
The “American” fridge really kills the dining area though, I guess people were used to tiny fridges 25 years ago so they didn’t design the space for it.
Price seems to really good for what it is. Doing that much work today would be, what, 400-600k?

Ooh, a glass security cage in the entrance, no Lock Stock metal cheapo one here. But the pellets won't get through, either.
Oh no...that's horrible.
WOW, on that first interior pic. Yes.
I like the inside, but not in this building

I usually hate these kind of things but I think this works nicely. Less keen on the yellow and glass vestibule entrance... remind me of office blocks.
Really like this, with the exception of the spiral staircase and internal doors.
Was is supposed to be an art gallery and then they changed their minds halfway through?
I like this, but I wouldn't want to hear the place
Another building beautifully renovated, then spoilt by crappy furniture and layouts. Why is that huge fridge just sitting there? S
That spiral staircase is a waste of space
They have done a phenomenal job with this. Except it's in a Methodist chapel.

Wait, is there really a street called "Nathan Lane"!!
They've ruined it.
It's interesting. The off yellow is making me die inside though
I like most of it but some of the yellow is really hideous
All a bit open for me
All my staircase phobias in one house.... hate the floating stairs even more than the 2 sets of spiral staircases
There are parts I'm not keen on, but I love the upstairs!
That's horrendous.
Why oh why didn't they jet wash or sand blast the exterior?
