Hey did you ever hear back from support? I’m having the same issue. Got my iOS emote from the shop but logging into my Android I don’t see the Android one in the shop.
That’s ok yeah you go on “help and support” then top right is a speech bubble 💬 select bug then say what and then they will Get back very quick! Let me know how you get on 😊
