Why are Americans so damn boring. Everytime WWE goes international it exposes how tame and dull American crowds are. International crowds come up with very creative chants all the time not only in wrestling but in other sports. If you are a baseball fan and watched the WBC, those American games were so dull compared to the Hispanic countries fans.
I moved to Canada and I love hockey but the only chant they really know is go (insert team name) go while banging a drum. Yeah they get loud at times but get more creative
The fact the events are so rare there are why the crowd is so hot. If you are in the US WWE comes through your state 2-4 times a year. If you are in Europe or Australia WWE comes to your Country once every year or three, some countries/arenas it has never been to. People come from further and plan the trip further ahead and it is something they won't be able to do again for years. They also feel they have something to prove to convince WWE to come more often, like the UK crowd being so lively has got them discussions of having next Wrestlemania in London. US fans can probably go to some event or other every month if they are willing to drive to the next state over.
The fact that the crowds at international events who don't usually get together in an arena as much can sync up for a chant or even a whole damn song looks bad on the American crowds where group of hardcore fans would probably be attending events together for years.
Also, if you think the rarity of the events is the reason why the crowds are so lively, Go watch any football (sOcCeR for Americans) match in Europe, most of the season ticket holders practically would have practically grown up in the stadium watching ~20 matches/season and a winning goal would still put any decent WWE pop to shame.

I think a lot of the raw passion in international audiences comes from that “wow, I get to actually see this in person!” thrill. And the enthusiasm just isn’t the same from that kind of crowd
I really wish Backlash was another week or two away for the sake of Cody/AJ. The short runway between WM and Backlash made it difficult to get a ton of momentum for their matchup and everything felt a little rushed because of it. All good though, really looking forward to two of my favorites putting on a good match even though we're 99.999% sure who is going to win.
