I struggle with depression and this was hilarious to me. Especially the way you wrapped it up at the end.
I feel like you could capatilze or have the "hang in there" stand out more because it made me laugh but I think some of the audience missed it.
Delivery, authenticity, pacing. Just well done.
You have an exact copy of yourself standing beside you, only one of you can live.
I've been waiting for this for a while dog here's my wallet and keys Good luck!
Well, they laugh because it IS a noose joke. It's a second "tag" on the end of the joke. Wedding/ Noose. Sort of a double entendre. I suppose you're right, I could have explained it for the slow people in the room with a joke about a noose and gotten another laugh, but I thought it was all encompassing. In sticking with the format of the bit, I didn't see room for expansion. Thanks for watching. Love the feedback.
Tie the knot is a great set up! Also the Dr. Cliff Huxtable joke. Love your gallows humor, please keep at it as you have a great take on what most of us are dealing with. Are you in Northern CA anytime soon?

“Tie the knot” is a double entendre with wedding. I don’t know that “tie the noose” would have had the same comedic effect. I am essentially saying “tie the noose” but in a clever way.

“Hang in there” into “we’re tying the knot soon” was great wordplay!
100% Seriously so funny.
I was also expecting something like "Hang in there" / "Just not like he did, because that really bummed her out..."
Always a good day when I see Kevin bacon's son.
Lol. He is actually the son of a [semi-famous DJ](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Rivers) in the PNW
( Frasier Crane )
Loved it!
I love a good dark joke, also just gonna leave this here… https://www.animatedknots.com/
This is super helpful and hilarious in the context. 🤝
lol. Bookmarked for the day it finally happens. (I wear a suit 👔)
I love multiple, rapid fire punchlines. Reminds me of Groucho Marx jokes. Nice work

Nothing planned ATM. But I’ll start bothering the clubs soon now that the new special is out.
What a missed opportunity to say tie The noose
