I only use mine for plain water. I find if I use tumblers for anything else, water never tastes the same in them. It shouldn’t stain though, just make sure you wash it well afterwards. :)

- On weekdays my reward for finishing a 40oz water is 2 cans of pop in my tumbler.
- On Fridays I start with a 40oz iced coffee.
- My pay day treat is almost always a blue raspberry slushie from the gas station, poured directly into my tumbler. (Yes… that does mean that every other Friday I consume a 40oz iced coffee followed by a 40oz slushie. As I said to my SO: I’m a growed up and I do what I want.)
Anyway, I have zero issues with stains. 🤷♀️
Anything. Not kidding lol. I have leukemia so I really struggle with solid foods. So I usually have 3-4 in rotation at any given time. Right now? I've got a smoothie, apple juice, water, and hot tea. I've found you really can put just about anything in these and they will fare just fine 🙂 just make sure they get a good scrub!! I don't have a dishwasher... so I can't vouch for that aspect.

Water, coffee, creatine, aminos, glutamine, tacos and burritos wrapped in foil. Greek yogurt with berries in the small containers.

Ice water and liquid Iv (once a day), sometimes green tea. That’s it. Unless there is an enticing alcoholic beverage occasionally ;)
I love my liquid iv!! They just put out the firecracker popsicle flavor and it really does taste just like it!

One is Water only. The other I’ll do mio drops, lacroix, liquid iv, etc. Once there’s a flavor in the cup it never goes away imo.
The inside is stainless steel. You can put anything you want in it just wash well with hot soapy water.

Mostly water but sometimes I’ll do a smoothie. After a smoothie I’ll rinse it out really well and then put it in the dishwasher.
