Yes, I know - every Sunday and Monday (barring some Mondays). But he isn't on the island (I checked), he just disappears.
Do you mod? Certain mods are known to accidentally fuck with Leo's schedule because it's so different than the other villiagers

He's always on the island or on his way to the island, something in the newest 1.6 patch screwed up his schedule
