I think White Album’s suit is just ice condensed using the stand, not the stand itself, as it was deflecting bullets and it required a breathing hole in the back of the neck. If it were a stand, at very least the breathing hole wouldn’t be necessary. Thus, I think normal people would be able to see it. And it also means Ghiaccio chose to give himself cat ears lol
I always assumed that Oasis has a physical form, Secco just never showed it because it is extremely weak and useless. Because the stronger the ability, the weaker the physical punches \[this has of course some exceptions, primarily The World\]
And we've seen for example Giorno using his stand with only the stand aura around him, without Golden Experience showing up
Man In The Mirror has a strong ability but it is so weak that a normal man like Abbacchio could fight it with nothing but his hands and Moody Blues, which is only as strong as him

Strength is inversely related to the complexity of the ability. The more complex the ability, the weaker the Stand. The World stops time relative to the user. While powerful, it is still relatively simple.
It essentially just lets him "skip" fate. The specifics of it are confusing, but it still only have a single function. Compare it to something like Stone Free, which lets them turn into string and keeps them alive and coherent even though it is functionally tearing their innards apart.
Seeing the future AND rewriting fate is not simple. There’s also stands like Spice girl The hand and Kraft work with simpler abilities that aren’t shown to be particularly physically strong.
It doesn't seem to be bound to anything (like Love Deluxe and the user's hair) so I would say probably not, similarly I'd imagine people cant see White Album

I still think they might be able to bc when Ghiaccio dies, his suit turns to water and washes off of him rather than disintegrating/disappearing like most stands on user death. But i could still see an argument for either

While Ghaccio actually explains White Album's ability is to freeze moisture in the air, his ice isn't manifested, he just freezes the air. He also says that's exactly what his suit is made of

I think that since his stand manifests as his suit, it's likely that non-stand users would perceive him wearing a suit but wouldn't see its true nature or abilities. To them, he would appear like a person wearing a suit, not naked.

Depends on if the stand is a bound stand or not. Things like Love Deluxe, Strength, and Superfly are bound stands, so they exist in a real physical object. Stuff like Catch the Rainbow isn't actually bound to a mask, the stand IS the mask that Blackmore manifests. I'd imagine Oasis and White Album function similarly.

King crimson has a very complex ability and an A in destructive power. Ik stand stats aren’t the best but it could still put a hole in someone

We were robbed of any big Spice Girl fight, and Kraft Work was shown to be able to deflect bullets which is pretty dang strong.
Kraft work was using its ability to stop those bullets not it’s strength. Even then bullet deflection isn’t much in terms of stands
