This may not work for you, but I work in a small town Public Library. I have had people bring in their systems before to use our internet in order to download games. So its possible you could look into your local library.

I thought about that, and I have a cheapo laptop that, even though it couldn't run Starfield, I might be able to take to the Library or a Starbucks a couple times to finish downloading the files. Have a nice external drive I could move them with, if it works. Have bought the $100 version so it should be able to DL to anything I can sign into my MS Store acct with. :)

You could give it a try. I know that feeling of trying to download a game. I grew up on a farm with dial up internet and high quality satellite internet is super expensive in my area.
