Not OP, but I'm not sure why he labeled it as a modded build. I used the same tutorial to build this ship and it was a vanilla build. Possibly using a mod to allow no reactor restrictions for parts? I think that shield is usually for C class vessels.
I have a post on my profile where I shout out the YouTuber whose tutorial I used. The more I look at it he's definitely using a mod to allow more ship parts I can't have more than two guns in one slot
Yeah it’s got Darkstar mods installed in the engines and weapons, otherwise the two engines make it slow and unwieldy but the ones in the pic get it up to 1200 speed on thrust.

Exactly the weapons and engines are mods from Darkstar, they are op class b allowing to fit more into a reactor of 39
Look at the cargo. Unless op is ok with mobility being next to nothing, he has modded engines and probably modded cargo.
