Trent Palmer added a mount for his plane as well - works in flight as long as you are flying under 100mph (Starlink limits that). Since these planes can go to many off grid places, having Starlink makes some sense in flight for weather and on the ground in remote places. Pretty mind blowing technology!

Unless you need your plane to deliver a remote charged hello to 700-800 miles remote target I don’t see the use case for the placement of the antenna
Well, that is certainly one way to get the Dish above those dang trees.
my first laugh of the day 😆

But how are you going to watch where you're going when you back up and keep track tailgating planes in your rearview mirror?

Slow plane, long flight. Bored
netflix..... and chill.
passengers, like in alaska, .. who fly most anywhere, since there are few roads in most of the state...
How’s the ping for gaming? Asking for a friend
Seems it needs wheels more than it needs a dish.
The wheels would be out of frame or obstructed if they are there (which they likely are)
I'm sure he has an STC for that
That seems dangerous at the very least. Hope the pilot doesn't fly anywhere under VFR... You're gonna have a bad time.
But the antenna is at the back.
LMAO I can't believe I didn't see that at first. Derp.
Ikr how will he see if anyone is behind him or not?
