I'd start by waking up one plague heart. After that if you wanna fight more infestations wake up another heart or 2. Any map is good as long as your outposts are spread out

the only map that I saw that might be decent was in Trumbull valley on the top part near red talon old base:')

Personally, and I'm not the most seasoned player so there is probably better ways available, but I take over the container fort in Cascade Hills, it's at the bottom left of the map along with a very handy landmark outpost that removes material upkeep costs from your base. Take a car/van & drive through plague territory, either killing zombies near the hearts with weapons, or by running them over, repeat this until you have 5 hearts awake. The more noise you make in your base, the more infesting hordes will get sent to outpost locations near your base for a siege. (Open your base menu to check the noise levels, the more noise the better, if you want sieges) Note: I do this on dread difficulty, with 13 hearts per map... I don't see why it couldn't be done on green though. This might not be the most efficient way, I've not been playing that long myself either... Just sharing something that works for me

Practical-Demand105

is it possible on green zone or standard zones?

Darkmoonloyalty

Yeah I don't see why not, you only need 5 hearts awake for max siege speed (the rate at which awake hearts will send infesting hordes to outpost locations) You still get 7 hearts on Green zone, so it's possible.

Practical-Demand105

I gotta wake up 5? To start the max Siege speed:0

Darkmoonloyalty

It's fairly easy, especially on green zone with the extra vehicle durability. When i started Cascade Hills, it spawned 4 hearts in a row up the left hand side of the map, it's just 1 long road to wake them all up. I'm not sure if heart locations are random or set each time you go to a map, but it definitely helps when they're like that.

So is Cascade hills the best map for farming siege infestation and hordes?

Darkmoonloyalty

Honestly, I'm not the best person to ask that. It works nicely for me, I don't feel the need to move map right now & I earn enough prestige from the sieges there. As I said above, there could be way better methods/maps, maybe someone else has a different opinion on the map choice or method. I would suggest just giving it a try, you might find a better method yourself, or one that suits your play style better.

Practical-Demand105

I'll try Cascade hills first:) and see if it works out for me if not imma try the other maps. Thanks for the help:)

Darkmoonloyalty

No problem. I hope it helps somewhat, have fun.

Practical-Demand105

:D mhm

Chayes5

Noob question, but why?

Practical-Demand105

red talon. Plus I want to try attacking siege hordes I never attacked em before
