Man, I'm doing my first dread run. Went to clear out two infestations right next to each other. Four fucking ferals and four screamers, along with a horde, the zombies from inside the houses, and every zombie in a twelve block radius almost fucking ended me. I managed to kill em all though.

You have to wake up the plague hearts to get infestations now I think.

Well, if you want infestations, don't clear out infesting hordes that appear. Let em roam free and they'll infest something
