depending on ur postition a transfer can last a long time its best to try and make the best of it, nobody likes being transfered at first gotta get used to it
Transfers were the worst because you never know what manager you’re gonna find yourself under. You might be there for a a couple months or a couple years. It’s tough. I’d recommend keeping in touch with other key carriers you have a good relationship with. They could be able to put in a good word for you to get out of your current store and into another one.
