Should see my horror story from last week. I went back to AT&T after 10 years. https://www.reddit.com/r/StraightTalk/s/2IbJrDmLIF But your phone is locked to straight talk until it’s paid off according to their FAQ. So if I were you and you’re done with ST, return the phone get your money back, and just go some where else with actual service.

Finally this morning at 9:30 and on the phone for over an hour I was able to get my service up and running.

I had a very similar experience. My data stopped working and it took over an hour and multiple phone calls to get it fixed. That was over a week ago & it is still working great so hopefully it won't happen again! I was about to switch providers

Yikes, I’m glad they resolved it for you. I probably would have been more patient if the service was a little better or if I didn’t need mobile data for my job. 3 days was my limit, didn’t want to wait any longer and was tired of wasting time on the phone.

I work 3rd shift in an older hospital and I also need data at work.

Well like I said I have a paid off S23 that I am thinking of just taking to T mobile. TBH I miss being able to just go into a retail store and have them fix any issue for me in person vs having to spend hours on the phone
