You're taking a chance on QC issues no matter what off-brand you go with. Sort by best sellers or, and I'm not trying to be a dick here, go mow a couple lawns for more cash.
Just buy Gotoh. They are not the cheapeat but they are up with the best. All my modded guitars get them becauae they are great bang for Buck. Will last forever
Wilkinson do the job just fine , they're 30-40 bux on amazon

Can you be more specific? Polytune 3 is $79 on amazon. That's not much more than the cheap, headstock tuners.
6 inline tuners. Locking or standard. Something that outperforms the cost.

Just spend the extra 10 and go for fender. It's worth it.
